Day 42: Departure From Kathmandu to your onward destination. 

Day 01: Arrive in TIA, Kathmandu

As you land on Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, you will be received by the representative staff from Himalayan Nepal Trek with a proper greeting. Then, afterward, you will be transferred to hotel where you will learn the detailed itinerary. We can change the set itinerary as per your feasibility. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu

On the second day, you will move to know the Kathmandu valley through the mode of sightseeing after breakfast. As a part of seeing the site, you will visit in Pashupatinath and Boudhanath which are listed in the World Heritage Sites. Pashupatinath is the symbol of Hinduism where as Boudhanath represents the Buddhism even though people visit each other with great respect. Then, you will return to the hotel. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 03: Flight to Nepalgunj (600m) 55 min

On the third day of trekking, you will wake up and will transfer to the airport from where you will take a flight to Nepalgunj. After turning up to Nepalgunj taking some rest you will set out to visit the religious and famous temple of Nepalgunj along with some bazaars. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 04: Flight to Jhupal (2,475m) 35 min and trek to Suli Ghat (2,282m) 3-4 hrs

Spending the gratifying night at Nepaljung you will take another 45 minutes of flight to Juphal (2,320m) which is positioned over the high Himalayas, allowing for Dhaulagiri and Annapurna.  From Juphal again you will walk for 3 to 4 hours towards the camp site at Suli Ghat (2,282m). Stay overnight in a tented camp.

Day 05: Trek to Chhepka (2,838m) 6-7 hrs

Continuing the trek from Suli Ghat you will head to Chhepka which is situated at an elevation of 2,838 meters and it consumes 6 to 7 hours. With that duration, you can walk peacefully without any hurry. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 06: Trek to Reche (3,110m) 5-6 hrs

Ascending from Chhepka you will head to Reche which is situated at the height of 3,110 meters. The trek will last for 5 to 6 hours. Arriving in Reche you will visit the surrounding and try to get the meaning of those serene environs. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 07: Trek to Ringmogaon Phoksundo Lake (3,733m) 3 ½ hrs

Today the route moves to let you free on the border so that you can view the distant examination of Phoksundo Lake and an impressive lofty waterfall, which is supposed as the highest in Nepal. Trekking Ringmogaon you will head towards Phoksundo Lake where you could see enormous sights. Day 08: Rest day or acclimatization day visit Ringmo Village

Day 10: Trek to Kangla Pass Base Camp (4,800m) 4-5 hrs

On the following day, you will fit into some bold and widespread hike. So, you will get up early in the morning and consequently move to Kangla Pass Base Camp which is situated at an elevation of 4,800 meters. On or after the Pass you will sight an enormous Annapurna. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 11: Trek to via Nangdalo Kangla Pass (5,360m) and trek down to Shey Gompa (4,160m) 7-8 hrs

On the following day, you will start the trek to Shey Gompa (4,160) through Kang La Pass (5,360m) via Nangdalo Kangla Pass (5,360m). The attendance of red stupas hints the way in at Shey Gompa, with delightful timber, Log Bridge up to the location at Shey Gompa. Shey Gompa fits into the community called Chaiba which was the early Kagyupa Gompa formulated in the 11th century. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 12: Rest day and visit old monastery 10-12 hrs

On the very next day, you will use the day as the rest day so you will get to experience new environments along with taking up the most newsworthy surroundings. In addition, you will get time to stretch your muscles as taking rest does not means you have to stay idle. So, you will move out from the camp and will walk around in an innovative atmosphere including a monastery, sacred Mount Kailash through Dolma La Pass. Stay overnight in a tented camp.

Day 13: Trek to via Sela Shey Bhanjyang (Pass) (5,010m) and trek down to Namgung (4,430m) 6-7 hrs

On the following day taking downhill to the northern part you will move toward the green landscape of pasturing the browse yaks and sheep. Trekking via Sela Shey Bhanjyang Pass you will cover the height of 5,010 meters you will trek down to Namgung. Day 14: Trek to Tiling Village (4,150m) 4-5 hrs

In previous day’s exploration, you have already generated ideas on Yangjer Gumpa so you won’t feel any difficulty. Reaching at the height of 3,890 meters taking 5 to 6 hours you will complete the trek including the visit of the monastery. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 16: Trek to Musi Gaon (4,100m) 5-6 Hours

On the following day, you will trek to Musi Gaon which is positioned at an elevation of 4,100 meters after leave taking from Yanjir Gumpa. 5 to 6 hours is sufficient to accomplish the trek and for the quick view of mountain range. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 17: Trek to via Musi-La Pass (5,030m) and then to Semen Gaon (3,870m) 6-7 hrs

Moving head from Musi Gaon today you will begin the trek to Musi La Pass which is situated at an elevation of 5,030 meters. Day 18: Rest day

This is supposed to be 3rd rest day used for acclimatization. On this day you will stay in the camp and then be taking lunch you will set out from the camp to explore the new surroundings and will try our best to make you adjust to new environment. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 19: Trek to Tingkyu/ Tinje Gaon (4,150m) 5-6 hrs

Taking sufficient rest today you will move forward heading towards Tingkyu / Tinje Gaon which is situated at an elevation of 4,150 meters. The trekking duration for today’s itinerary will be 5 to 6 hours. Viewing the hills and taking ascend you will accomplish the trek. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 20: Trek to Sulung Khola (4,868m) 5-6 hrs

On the following day, you will move towards Sulung Khola which is positioned at an elevation of 4,868 meters. Taking 5 to 6 hours you will definitely complete the trek. While following the trekking route you will get to see the clear rivers and rivulets. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 21: Trek via to Chhoila Vanjyang (5,051m) and then to Tokyu (4,209m) 6-7 hrs

On the following waking up early in the morning, you will take breakfast and then head to Chhoila Vanjyang which is positioned at an elevation of 5,051 meters. Arriving in Chhoila Vanjyang you will again move downward to Tokyu situated at the height of 4,209 meters taking 6 to 7 hours. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 22: Trek to Dho Tarap (3,944m) 2-3 hrs

Today the duration of trekking hours is less than previous one. Here, you will head from Numula Base Camp to Dhotarap which is placed at the height of 3,944 meters. It consumes 2 to 3 hours in order to accomplish the trek. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 23: Trek to Tarpi Khola Chang La Vanjyang Phedi (4,332m) 5-6 hrs

Leaving Dho Tarap you will move towards Tarpi Khola Chang La Vanjyang Phedi which is positioned at an elevation of 4,332 meters. Today you will be walking for 5 to 6 hours depending on you. But once you arrive at the targeted destination you can outlook the hills and dense forest. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 24: Trek via to Chang – La Vanjyang (5,300m) and then to Chanjo Khola (4,615m) 5-6 hrs

Again continuing the trek today you will head to Chang La Vanjyang which is to be found at an elevation of 5,300 meters. Again from here you will trek downward to Chanjo Khola covering the altitude of 4,615 meters. You will walk for 5 to 6 hours enjoying the amazing atmosphere. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 25: Trek to Dhad Gaon / Yaru Gumpa (4,150m) 5-6 hrs

Moving further today you will head to Dhad Gaon/ Yaru Gumpa which is to be found at an elevation of 4,150 meters. You will walk for 5 to 6 hours enjoying the amazing atmosphere and you can trace some old monastery as well. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 26: Trek to Terang (3,800m) 7-8 hrs

On the following day, you will start to follow the downhill trail which will take you to Terang and it is situated at 3,800 meters. The trek will acquire 7 to 8 hours and at the end of the trek, you might be tired as you have accomplished the extensive walk. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 27: Trek to Mukut Gaon (4,170m) 5-6 hrs

On the very next day you will leave Terang and start to scale up towards Mukut Gaon it is another attractive gaon which is situated at an elevation of 4,170 meters. You will get to view the high hills and green verdant land. Within 5 to 6 hours you will reach in Mukut Gaon. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 28: Rest day

This is the day where you can take rest as you don’t have to walk for several hours. You can stay in the tent and in the evening you can stroll short walk so that it will stretch your muscles and it does not give you pain on the next day. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 29: Trek to Mula La High Camp (4,879m) 6-7 hrs

On the following day, you will start to trek Mula La High Camp after taking proper rest. It is positioned at 4,879 meters. Taking full concentration you will complete the trek and then arrive in the targeted spot taking 6 to 7 hours. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 30: Trek via to Mula Vanjyang (5,895m) and Mulung Khola (4,980m) 7-8 hrs

Heading further you will trek via to Mula Vanjyang taking an elevation of 5,895 meters. Experiencing the Mula La High Camp you will seize an experience while trekking Mula Vanjyang and then from here you will trek downward to Mula Khola. You will walk for 7 to 8 hours of trekking duration. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 31: Trek via to Newar Pass (5,120m) Tuchela Sangda Vanjyang (5,355m) and down to Sangda Phedi 4 hrs

On the following day, you will set out to trek Newar, Tuchela, Sangda Vanjyang after taking breakfast. At first, you will take leave from Norbung and then head towards these destinations. You will feel good while trekking into such rugged trails. Then, after some time you will trek down to Sangda Phedi. The total trekking duration will last for 4 hours. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 32: Trek to Veri Kharka (4,600m) 3-4 hrs

Heading forward from Sangda Phedi you will move towards Veri Kharka which is found to be at an altitude of 4,600 meters. The trekking duration to accomplish the trek is 3 to 4 hours. Within the time duration, you will try to finish the trek with taking pleasure from the trek. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 33: Trek via to pass (5,235m) then lower Hidden Valley (5,040m) 8-9 hrs

Day 34: Trek to Hidden Valley (5,140m) 4-5 hrs

On the following day, you will trek to Hidden Valley which is positioned at an elevation of 5,140 meters taking 4 to 5 hours of extensive walk. You will get off to the glacier over the base camp frequently so you will be in need of rope. Once you cross the moraine walls you are in safe hand. Then, passing the puffing ascend you are finally at French Pass. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 35: Extra day

This is another free day where you can take rest staying inside the trek. If you wish you can move out from the camp to by carrying out some short walk which will make you feel good otherwise there might be chances of suffering from a muscle cramp. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 36: Ascend to Thapa Peak (6,012m) summit to Kalopani 8-9 hrs

Today the trek will make you ascend the Thapa Peak positioned at the altitude of 6,012 meters. Ascending Thapa Peak is not that easy but with strong confidence, you will make it and then enjoying the glory will move towards the summit of Kalopani which signifies Black Water. Again today you have to stroll for 8 to 9 hours of extensive walk. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 37: Trek to Marpha (2,670m) 5-6 hrs

Taking descend from the summit of Kalopani you will trek to Marpha which will be remarkable for old stone and many storied houses. You can have the delicious apples in the lush valley. You can outlook Dhaulagiri Himalayan ranges and Nilgiri from Marpha. Marpha is the beautiful place and is admired by the trekkers. Stay overnight in a lodge.

Day 38: Trek to Jomsom (2,720m) 4-5 hrs

Trekking into the lower part of graceful world’s deepest Kali Gandaki Gorge. Walking forward, you will move all along to the bank of Kali Gandaki Valley. You will get pleasure from the eye-catching sceneries of Nilgiri Mountain. Afterward, you will turn up to Jomsom with numerous upwards and downwards and it takes 3 hours. Stay overnight in a lodge.

Day 39: Extra day

This is an extra day just in case in the weather of Jomsom does not show mercy to you and you cannot accomplish the trek you have to conceal the flight. We do not want t blame the climate so we have put an extra day so that it may not affect in totals days of the itinerary. Stay overnight in a lodge. 

Day 40: Flight to Pokhara 25 min and sightseeing in Pokhara

Spending an adventurous day at Jomsom on this day you will catch a flight to Pokhara which takes 25 minutes. Arriving in Pokhara you will carry out the sightseeing in Pokhara as it is akin to heaven. As a part of sightseeing, you can visit Devis Fall, Mahendra Cave, Phewa Lake and some religious temple. In the evening you will return to hotel enjoying the Thakali Khana. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 41: Flight to Kathmandu and farewell dinner

Completing the sightseeing in Pokhara today you will drive towards the airport to catch the flight to Kathmandu. In the evening you will return to hotel completing the short sightseeing to take part in farewell dinner. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 42: Departure!!!!

AIRPORT PICKUP AND DROP

The representative will be there outside the Terminal Hall with Himalayan Nepal Trek logo along with your name thereon. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel.

TRANSPORTATION

We use a mix of native buses and taxis, non-public mini buses for city sightseeing and airport pickups and generally land cruisers for journeys into the mountains. The selection of auto will depend upon the scale of your group.

ACCOMMODATION

We book a hotel as per your preference but basically, we use 3* standard rooms in Kathmandu and Pokhara. We serve you twin sharing rooms and King bed for a couple. We use Lodges throughout the trek with twin bed room and sharing. 

SAFETY

Safety is our first priority; our team puts best effort to minimize the risk. We take care of any emergency that may occur within the path. First aid kit, oxygen bag and eventually emergency rescue via chopper are always ready just in case of an emergency. Besides we manage threat with rest days and our staffs will be there to advise you.

EQUIPMENT

Weather condition may invite the requirement of some equipment like crampons, trekking poles, raincoat etc. So, we tend to request you to carry only need types of equipment. Down jacket, trouser Ti-shirt, boot, knife, walking steak, lightweight bag, sunglass, gloves, suns cream, warm socks, head light, wind proof jacket etc.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Common to experience some discomfort before you become absolutely acclimatized to the altitude. Most treks are suitable for anyone who is moderately matched. No previous experience is needed. Some cardiovascular physical fitness programs like regular walking, running, swimming and hiking are necessary to increase the performance. Participants with pre-existing medical condition or diseases should look for a medical recommendation before considering a trek.

Hot shower is available during the trek at your own expense about $5

CHARGING BATTERY

Electricity will not always be available, particularly in additional remote areas. Carry a second set of charged batteries with you.

COMMUNICATION FACILITIES

During the trek, it’s not possible to get a connection every where but there are certain places throughout the trek wherever you get the surplus over internet and telecommunication. We offer you satellite phone as per your preference. You can use our guide cell phone to communicate if you don't have your own number, they welcome you anytime. 

CREDIT CARDS

You can rely on credit cards in Cities however once we tend to begin trek we solely use the cash. Ensure that you just take spare Nepalese rupees. Dollars, Euros, and Pounds will be accepted.

ADDITIONAL CASH PER DAY

15 to 20 US$ every day will be enough to shop for bottles of water, chocolates, gifts and more.

PURIFYING TABLETS AND FILTERS 

You can buy bottle of water on a trek otherwise you can bring purifying tablets and filter to avoid extra expenses of day

Visa fees are:

US$ 25/40/100 for 15 days/30 days/90 days multiple entries that are collectible solely in USD money. The maximum number of days should be included in the section about extending a trek. 

STAFFS INSURANCE

Our company ensures all of our trekking staff: Guides, Cooks, Sherpa’s and Porters. 

PORTER SERVICE

15kg of baggage per person and porter carries 30Kg. you need to carry a small day bag with personal belongings, camera, water, windproof jacket, glass and sun cream and rain clothing etc.

WEATHER

We cannot predict the atmospheric condition in the Himalayas, weather pattern keeps on changing through the day. Nights are very cold and days are higher primarily trekking in Nepal we tend to recommend during March-May and September- Gregorian calendar month.
