Tumlingtar to Lukla trekking route is one of the best and famous trekking routes in the eastern region. This trekking route is established by ancient local people of this region as a trading route. People used to operate trade to Tibet from Tumlingtar via Lukla through Namche bazaar. After the development of infrastructure, this route was no more in use for the trading purpose. So, later this trading route was converted as trekking route which is very famous today. This route starts from Tumlingtar and moves toward the Irkhu Valley, which is famous for natural paper production. This route has a unique ecology and geography that pass toward the holy lake called salpa Pokhari. Friendly and Naive villager is the best motivational aspect of this trekking route. It will go further to a beautiful waterfall. Trekking in Nepal with this trekking itinerary takes you through the amazing landscape of trekking in the Himalayas, This trekking route is less participated and full of adventure for the trekkers.
Rai and Sherpa are the tribes of people who have more density in this wonderful land. This region is famous for Tungba, local alcohol made by Sherpa community which is also called local beer. The highest point of this trekking route is Salpa Bhangyan (3800m.) and Salpa Kharka the highest camp site (3600m.). We can have a view of Mera peak, Everest, Makalu and so many mighty peaks above terrace field. Makalu national park also falls under this trekking route so this is also called the main gate to Makalu Barun national park. Makalu national park is full of tropical forest which is habitats of wild diversity of fauna spices. There are 315 spices of Butterflies and 88 spices of a mammal. So this land is the place of natural diversity.
Day 01: Pick up at Tribhuvan International Airport(TIA), Kathmandu (1,310m), transfer to Hotel,on BB plan.
Day 02: Sightseeing (UNESCO World Heritage Sites), overnight at hotel on BB Plan.
Day 03: Flight; Kathmandu to Tumlingtar,480m, 45 minutes. Stay in hotel.
Day 04: Tumlingtar to Gothe Bazar,775m. 6-7 hrs. stays in a tent.
Day 05: Gothe Bazar to Phedi.1680m. 6 hrs. stay in a tent.
Day 06: Phedi to Salpa pokhari, 3458m, 6hrs. Stay in a tent.
Day 07: Salpa Bokhari to Sanam, 2850m ,7hrs. stay in a tent.
Day 08: Sanam to Bung.1677m. 6-7 hrs. Stay in a tent.
Day 09: Bung to Najingdingma.2650m. 5-6 hrs. Stay in a tent.
Day 10: Najingdingma to panggon.2850m. 5-6 hrs. Stay in tent.
Day 11: Panggon to lukla.2840m. 6hrs. Stay in a tent.
Day 12: Fly to Kathmandu (35 minutes). Stay at a hotel on BB plan.
Day 13: Leisure Day, farewell dinner in Nepali typical restaurant, stay at hotel on BB plan
Day 14: Drop to Tribhuvan International Airport,for final Departure!!!
The representative will be there outside the Terminal Hall with Himalayan Nepal Trek logo along with your name thereon. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel.
We use a mix of native buses and taxis, non-public mini buses for city sightseeing and airport pickups and generally land cruisers for journeys into the mountains. The selection of auto will depend upon the scale of your group.
We book a hotel as per your preference but basically, we use 3* standard rooms in Kathmandu and Pokhara. We serve you twin sharing rooms and King bed for a couple. We use Lodges throughout the trek with twin bed room and sharing.
Safety is our first priority; our team puts best effort to minimize the risk. We take care of any emergency that may occur within the path. First aid kit, oxygen bag and eventually emergency rescue via chopper are always ready just in case of an emergency. Besides we manage threat with rest days and our staffs will be there to advise you.
Weather condition may invite the requirement of some equipment like crampons, trekking poles, raincoat etc. So, we tend to request you to carry only need types of equipment. Down jacket, trouser Ti-shirt, boot, knife, walking steak, lightweight bag, sunglass, gloves, suns cream, warm socks, head light, wind proof jacket etc.
Common to experience some discomfort before you become absolutely acclimatized to the altitude. Most treks are suitable for anyone who is moderately matched. No previous experience is needed. Some cardiovascular physical fitness programs like regular walking, running, swimming and hiking are necessary to increase the performance. Participants with pre-existing medical condition or diseases should look for a medical recommendation before considering a trek.

Electricity will not always be available, particularly in additional remote areas. Carry a second set of charged batteries with you.
During the trek, it’s not possible to get a connection every where but there are certain places throughout the trek wherever you get the surplus over internet and telecommunication. We offer you satellite phone as per your preference. You can use our guide cell phone to communicate if you don't have your own number, they welcome you anytime.
You can rely on credit cards in Cities however once we tend to begin trek we solely use the cash. Ensure that you just take spare Nepalese rupees. Dollars, Euros, and Pounds will be accepted.
15 to 20 US$ every day will be enough to shop for bottles of water, chocolates, gifts and more.
You can buy bottle of water on a trek otherwise you can bring purifying tablets and filter to avoid extra expenses of day

US$ 25/40/100 for 15 days/30 days/90 days multiple entries that are collectible solely in USD money. The maximum number of days should be included in the section about extending a trek.
