Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival TIA (1310m) welcome by Himalayan Nepal Trek staff then  Transfer to hotel  on BB plan.
Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley Patan, Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath then stay at hotel on BB plan.
Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1466m) 5/6 hrs stay at Lodge
Day 04: Trek from Syabrubesi to Gatlang 5/6 hrs stay at Lodge
Day 05: Gatlang to Tatopani (hot spring) 5/6 hrs stay at Lodge
Day 06: Tatopani to Thuman 5/6 hrs  stay at lodge
Day 07: Thuman to Timure (1762m) 5/6 hrs stay at Lodge

Though there is no particular season as all the season are favorable for trekking to Nepal. We would suggest during atom season it would be best to travel between end of September to end of November and during spring beginning of January to April last week. Accommodation is most in hospitality industry; especially during trek, accommodation plays an vital role to make the trip flexible. We respect the choice of our guest and provide service, which facilitates them. During trek though we cannot find star level hotels our guest will have beautiful lodges with twin sharing bed and also can find attach WC(bathroom) but then lodges will charge extra for it. Lodges will have wooden parketing system for making ambience warm. Overall accommodation to Everest Region trek is comfortable.

In kathmandu there can be found verities of food as there are many Chinese and continental restaurants.Beside in Thamail and Durbarmarg guest can enjoy food like Korean cuisine, Thai, Japanese, and Italian and last but not the least Nepali Dal Bhat and it goes same during trek too.

Guest is our responsibility and we work hard to fulfill our responsibility.we take first aid kit, oxygen bag and we make emergency rescue helicopter ready in case of an emmergency.we focus on acclimatization days so that we can prevent our guest from altitude sickness. We also provide Gamow bag and satellite phone in case of Need.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1310m), Transfer in hotel (B.L.D.)
Once you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, you will proceed through custom and visa formalities and then representative from Himalayan Nepal Trek Pvt. Ltd. will receive you. You will be transferred to the luxurious hotel in Kathmandu with Bed and Breakfast plan. You will get briefing regarding your trek package and then enjoy the delicious meal before spending your night in a hotel. 

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley
Early in the morning, you will be provided with half day Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour during which you will visit UNESCO enlisted cultural heritage sites of Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, Boudhanath and Pashupatinath. Drive to Bhaktapur Durbar Square and enjoy the views of 55- window palace, Golden Gate, Nyatapol Temple and Pottery Square and return to hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1466m)
Leave Kathmandu and head north- west. Drive along Rani Ban (Queen Forest) and pursue the slithering road with views of forested hills, strawberry farms and mountains. Stop by Trishuli Bazaar for lunch. Follow gravel road to Dhunche. Continue further to Syabrubesi for overnight stay.

Day 04: Trek from Syabrubesi to Gatlang
Follow the ascending trail for about 4hours and arrive at the top of Rongga Bhanjyang. Enjoy the views of surrounding from the top and descend to the Tamang village of Goljung. Climb the ridge for the views of Ganesh and Langtang Lirung Mountains and descend to Goljung valley and walk through mani walls to Gatlang village that is located at the base of hill. Parvatikunda Lake is a scenic site nearby Gatlang village.  

Day 05: Gatlang to Tatopani (hot spring)
Leave Gatlang early in the morning and take the descending trail to Thangbuchet village that is located near to Chilime village. Enjoy the view of Chilime Hydropower dam. Crossing the bridge, climb the hill and get views of Langtang Mountain Range and Ganesh Mountain Range. Cross Gonggang Village and reach Tatopani, a natural hot spring.

Day 06: Tatopani to Thuman
Cross the forest and arrive at Nagthali hill. Nagthali has been used as a meditation center. Nagthali is the highest pass in the region. Enjoy the views of Langtang, Shishapangma, Sanjen Himal Ranges and Ganesh Mountain from the summit and descend to Tamang village of Thuman.

Day 07: Thuman to Timure (1762m)
Follow the easy trail that stretches through the flat land for an hour. Descend to Timure village. Timure is located in the ancient route that has been used for trade between locals and Tibetans. Visit Rasuwagadi fort that exists nearby fort.

Day 08: Timure to Briddim (2229m)
Cross the rhododendron forest and follow the path located above Bhote Koshi River to reach Lingling. Take the escalating path to Briddim Village. Briddim is the Tamang village. Homestay in Briddim is available.

Day 09: Briddim to Syabrubesi (1467m)
Leaving Briddim, walk along Bhotekoshi River to valley. Heading north, we will proceed through the rice field. We will descend to Wangal. Moving further, we will reach Syabrubesi in 2hrs. 

Day 10: Drive from Syabrubesi to Kathmandu
Drive from Syabrubesi to Kathmandu by covering 117km in 8hrs. It is going to be a long but pleasant ride with plenty of scenic natural views of mountains, hills, forest, terraces, waterfalls and many more.   

Day 11: Free day in Kathmandu, evening Farewell dinner
You can spend the day on your own. Go for shopping in Thamel or you can also choose any of the day tour packages. Farewell dinner will be served in the evening with typical Nepali culture.

Day 12: Departure!!!
After last minute preparation, you will be accompanied to Tribhuvan International Airport 3hours before the scheduled flight. Safe Journey!!!
