Solu village Trek represents northeastern face of Nepal. Solu is lowland of Everest region situated in the hill part of Nepal, the hill stretched from east to west of a country. Throught the trek you can experience sharp and steep hills.  Acknowledging, this region is for the scenery view of Mt. Everest, Glory and lofty peak of the world. Nepal trek in Solukhumbu  is highly recommended for those participants who are looking for easy and classic trek without having any altitude challenges.

The classic Trek to Solu Village is once used to be gateway to Everest basecap trek ,Tenzing Norgay and Sir Edmund Hillary followed the route on 29th May 1953. The exclusive natural world of this village trek is to experience life of hills and people, Traditional Nepal culture, isolated house along the route, flora and fauna. Trekking in this region is sense as the matter of pride for the trekkers. Accomplishing the sightseeing in Kathmandu valley & you will achieve the acumen of diverse cultures and their accredit profession. Trekking in Solu Village is basically for home stay, we would recommend for volunteering in education field like teaching or Health awareness program. People around solu village are very nice and kind. Agriculture, cattle are the main occupation of this area. You can either take bus or flight to Phaplu and begin the second day. 15 Daays Outline Itinerary for Solu Village Trek
Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu 1,310m and Welcome Program by Himalayan Nepal Trek members and direct transfer to Hotel with Bed & Breakfast plan.
Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu stay at star label hotel  on BB plan.
Day 03: Flight to Phalpu (2,000m) 6 hrs stay in phaplu overnight at lodge.
Day 04: Trek to Basa Village (1,700m) 7hrs hrs stay in simple lodge.
Day 05:  Trek to Nunthala (2,580m) 6 hrs overnight at lodge.
Day 06:  Trek to Junbesi (2,670m) 6/7 hrs overnight at lodge.
Day 07: Rest day(take a photo and some hiking with jungle view,part of hill with hill rance view)
Day 08: Trek to Sete (2,520m) 6-7 hrs stay overnight at lodge.
Day 09: Trek to Bhandar (2,200m) 7 hrs stay overnight at lodge.
Day 10: Trek to Shivalaya (1,790m) 6 hrs stay overnight at lodge.
Day 11: Trek to Jiri (1,951m) 5 hrs stay overnight at lodge.
Day 12: Drive to Kathmandu (1,310m) 8 hrs stay overnight at star label hotel with BB plan.
Day 13: Free day in Kathmandu overnight at star label hotel with BB plan.
Day 14: Sightseeing and farewell dinner

BEST SEASON:
Particular season for trekking is in-between March-May and September- November.  March – May which is spring season is highly recommended, weather is clean and favorable, we can see flowers like rhododendron and more Beside Himalayan Nepal trek welcomes you anytime.
 
LODGING:
Accommodation depends on trek type, weather tea house trek or camping trek we understand the value of comfort of our clients, we put our best to get the best accommodation based on availability since during main season route are very busy and full of tourist. Twin sharing bed will be provided during trek and also can find attach bathroom with charge extra.

FOODING:
Kathmandu; different cuisine as there are many international and continental restaurants. Thamail and Durbarmarg are very famous for Korean, Thai, Japanese and Italian, Nepali Dal Bhat and more. But during the trek we get to select continental, Nepali and Sherpa food from the menu.

EQUIPMENTS:
Equipment is mainly required of adventure sports, peak climbing and high passes but some times due to weather condition we might need some of the equipments like crampons, trekking poles, raincoat, water bottle etc.  So, we request you to carry only need equipments. Equipments include down jacket, trouser Ti-shirt, boot, knife, walking steak, light sleeping bag, sunglass, gloves, suns cream, warm socks, head light, wind proof jacket etc. we provide our staff with their need able equipments. for the safety and security.

SAFTEY AND SECURITY:
Safety is our first priority; our team puts best effort to keep us away from danger. We are always ready to take control over any emergency that might occur in the trail. First aid kit, oxygen bag and eventually emergency rescue via helicopter are always ready in case of an emergency. Besides we also focus on prevention method to control threat, Acclimatization days Gamow bags can be very useful in the trekso that we can prevent from altitude sickness.

We believe in giving child his fundamental rights for the better future better nation. We also engaged in volunteering which can be also helpful to people in rural area.

Experience required:
Trekking in Himalayas does require certain level of physical fitness and good health. We suggest you to undergo certain exercise like jogging and stretching before you arrive here. Participants having medical health issue are requested to visit the doctor.
 
NOTE:
Days in itinerary are always flexible. The service we provide will be according to guest desire so guest has any query can question us without hesitation. Trekking in Himalayas is challenging, there might be unexpected health problem or natural challenges in middle of the trek,In such case guest are requested to co-operate their guides.
Day 01: Arrive in TIA, Kathmandu
our representative will come to pick you up at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, then, afterward you will be transferred to hotel. Evening with welcome dinner and itinerary discussion.  Stay overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu
sightseeing in Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, Pashupatinatha and Boudhanath. These are the historical places which are also listed in World Heritage Sites. Accomplishing the sightseeing you will return to hotel. Stay overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 03: Flight to Phalpu
flight to Phaplu 2400m. Phaplu is settlements of multi cultural people having great view of Numbur himal which lies in Everest Range very renowned to all. During the flight you can see huge part of Everest range as well as aerial view of complete trek back to kathmandu overnight in Phalpu.

Day 04: Trek to Basa Village (1,700m) 7 hrs
on the following day you will begin the trek to Basa taking 7 hours after taking breakfast. During the trek you will get see the green hills along with small rivulet and Peaks.  Reaching at Basa you will stay in home where you will experience the Nepali cultural dances and. Stay overnight in Basa.

Day 05: Trek to Nunthala (2,580m) 6 hrs
Depart from Basha and head to Nunthala after walking for 6 hours. All the way up to the hill and all the way down to river, suspension bridge, forest and cultivation are the main highlights for today. Beside you can also see Buddhist practice once you reach very close to Nunthala.

Day 06: Trek to Junbesi (2,670m) 6 hrs
Junbesi from Nunthala all the way up and all the way down to the river through pine forest and Buddhist culture through the route. Terrace farming, cattle rearing, beautiful geography and Junbeshi with beautiful sputa and Sherpa village around are the other attractions.  Overnight in Junbeshi.
 
Day 07: Rest day
Rest day still we go for a short yet rewarding hike to Thitunchhilin (Mini Tibet).  Thitunchhilin is small community of Tibetan people lie in the upper base of big hill behind Junbeshi. Practice of Tibetan Buddhist culture and Monastery are main highlights beside we can have a half day res.    in an early morning to visit Monastery and then return to lodge. Stay overnight in Junbesi.

Day 08: Trek to Sete (2,520m) 6-7 hrs
it’s only about 6 to 7 hours of stroll and then you will experience the great trekking trail to the Sete. Generally the train is downward and the flat. You will stroll all through the jungle where you will see attractive elevated hills. Lamjura La 3540m pass, which is the most reward able experience in this trek. Stay overnight in Sete.

Day 09: Trek to Bhandar (2,200m) 7 hrs
We trek down to the river; route up to Kinja which lies in the base of hills is very steep. We cross through beautiful traditional village and terraced fields to get to Bhandar 2,200 meter.  Overnight in Bhandar

Day 10: Trek to Shivalaya (1,790m) 6 hrs
spending a night in Bhandar we move forward towards Shivalaya 1,790. Shivalaya is situated near river. We also get connected with road from this small town. Place is buildup with traditional city of Nepal, some how very close to valley. Temples, fishing activities, selling and buying are major highlights. Stay overnight in Shivalaya.

Day 11: Trek to Jiri (1,951m) 5 hrs
5 hours of stroll. Jiri is one of the renowned tourist place basically recognized for its geography and vegetation. This place used to be the center point to transfer goods to Everest region before decade. Jiri gives option for various things like shops, clinic, bank, internet etc.

Day 12: Drive to Kathmandu (1,310m) 8 hrs
Drive to Kathmandu from Jiri 8 hours. Beautiful terraced farming, hills, traditional house, animals and birds are main attraction until we get to Kathmandu. Farewell dinner with traditional culture show. Stay overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 13: Departure
Departure to your onward destination, representative will accompany you to airport
