Rara to Jjumla trek
Rara to Jumla is best trekking route of western region which starts from silent and largest Lake of Nepal, the great Rara. It is counted as first Nepal trek to have a view of Nepal’s wildlife including the Himalayan bear. This trek combines the beautiful spruce and pine forest with a spectacular view of the surrounding hills and mountain. Rara Lake is the Nepal largest lake which is the home of various spices of fish. This trek takes you up to the high altitude lake of Rara. This route is less in habituated trekking route. This Rara Lake is located at the high of 2984 m. the cultural interaction, integration, and scenery of this region are totally mind-blowing and very different than rest of Nepal. With in trekking period you can have encountered with followers of Hinduism and immigrants of Tibetan families. A great deal in this trekking is that you have to deal with many up and down walking through forest and isolated village. This trekking can be completed in 16 days. Rara Lake is a great combo package of Breezy and cold weather that will freeze trekker within its canvas.
Day 01: Arrival at Katmandu, Welcome by Himalayan Nepal Treks and direct transfer to hotel on BB plan.
Day 02: Kathmandu valley sightseeing / Cultural Day in Kathmandu Valley Half day sightseers around Kathmandu with a cultural guide to Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath and Hindu temples, and shrines reflecting ancient local traditions. There is time to explore the city many places of interest on your own or take a rest while trekking permits are finalized.
Day 03: Fly to Nepalgunj O/n at Hotel.
Day 04: Fly from Nepalgunj to Jumla (2370m).
Day 05: Trek to Daphne Kanga (3130m) and O/n at tented camp.
Day 06: Trek to Chautha (2770m) and O/n at tented camp.
Day 07: Trek to Dhotu (3190m) and O/n at tented camp.
Day 08: Trek to Rara Lake (3040m) and O/n at tented camp.
Day 09: Explore around Rara Lake and O/n at tented camp.
Day 10: Trek to Ghorasain (3271m) and O/n at tented camp.
Day 11: Trek to Sinja (2438m) and O/n at tented camp.
Day 12: Trek to Jaljala Chaur (3350m) and O/n at tented camp.
Day 13: Trek to Jumla (2370m) and O/n at tented camp.
Day 14: Jumla flight to Nepalgunj same day Katmandu.
Day 15: Free day in Kathmandu for shopping or relax and farewell dinner at typical Nepali hotel
Day 16: Departure from Kathmandu!! Himalayan Nepal Trek staff will drop you to TIA 3 hour before your flight time.
The representative will be there outside the Terminal Hall with Himalayan Nepal Trek logo along with your name thereon. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel.
We use a mix of native buses and taxis, non-public mini buses for city sightseeing and airport pickups and generally land cruisers for journeys into the mountains. The selection of auto will depend upon the scale of your group.
We book a hotel as per your preference but basically, we use 3* standard rooms in Kathmandu and Pokhara. We serve you twin sharing rooms and King bed for a couple. We use Lodges throughout the trek with twin bed room and sharing.
Safety is our first priority; our team puts best effort to minimize the risk. We take care of any emergency that may occur within the path. First aid kit, oxygen bag and eventually emergency rescue via chopper are always ready just in case of an emergency. Besides we manage threat with rest days and our staffs will be there to advise you.
Weather condition may invite the requirement of some equipment like crampons, trekking poles, raincoat etc. So, we tend to request you to carry only need types of equipment. Down jacket, trouser Ti-shirt, boot, knife, walking steak, lightweight bag, sunglass, gloves, suns cream, warm socks, head light, wind proof jacket etc.
Common to experience some discomfort before you become absolutely acclimatized to the altitude. Most treks are suitable for anyone who is moderately matched. No previous experience is needed. Some cardiovascular physical fitness programs like regular walking, running, swimming and hiking are necessary to increase the performance. Participants with pre-existing medical condition or diseases should look for a medical recommendation before considering a trek.

Electricity will not always be available, particularly in additional remote areas. Carry a second set of charged batteries with you.
During the trek, it’s not possible to get a connection every where but there are certain places throughout the trek wherever you get the surplus over internet and telecommunication. We offer you satellite phone as per your preference. You can use our guide cell phone to communicate if you don't have your own number, they welcome you anytime.
You can rely on credit cards in Cities however once we tend to begin trek we solely use the cash. Ensure that you just take spare Nepalese rupees. Dollars, Euros, and Pounds will be accepted.
15 to 20 US$ every day will be enough to shop for bottles of water, chocolates, gifts and more.
You can buy bottle of water on a trek otherwise you can bring purifying tablets and filter to avoid extra expenses of day

US$ 25/40/100 for 15 days/30 days/90 days multiple entries that are collectible solely in USD money. The maximum number of days should be included in the section about extending a trek.
Our company ensures all of our trekking staff: Guides, Cooks, Sherpa’s and Porters.
15kg of baggage per person and porter carries 30Kg. you need to carry a small day bag with personal belongings, camera, water, windproof jacket, glass and sun cream and rain clothing etc.
