12 Days Outline Itinerary For Pikey Trek
Day 01:  Arrive in Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu 1,310m welcome by Himalayan Nepal Trek and transfer to Hotel
Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu  valley, Patan,  Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath stay at hotel
Day 03: Drive to Shivalay (1,790m) 7-8hrs stay at Lodge
Day 04: Trek to Bhandar (2,200m) 5-6hrs stay at Lodge
Day 05: Trek to Namkheli (2,300m) 6hrs stay at Lodge
Day 06:  Trek to Ngomar Gumpa (2,800m) 6-7hrs stay at Lodge
Day 07: Trek to Pikey Dada (4,070m) 4-5 hrs stay at tent
Day 08: Trek to Pikey Hill and trek to Junbesi (2,675m) stay at Lodge

BEST SEASON:

Accommodation depends on trek type, weather tea house trek or camping trek we understand the value of comfort of our clients, we put our best to get the best accommodation based on availability since during main season route are very busy and full of tourist. Twin sharing bed will be provided during trek and also can find attach bathroom with charge extra.

FOODING:
Kathmandu; different cuisine as there are many international and continental restaurants. Thamail and Durbarmarg are very famous for Korean, Thai, Japanese and Italian, Nepali Dal Bhat and more. But during the trek we get to select continental, Nepali and Sherpa food from the menu.

EQUIPMENTS:
Equipment is mainly required of adventure sports, peak climbing and high passes but some times due to weather condition we might need some of the equipments like crampons, trekking poles, raincoat, water bottle etc.  So, we request you to carry only need equipments. Equipments include down jacket, trouser Ti-shirt, boot, knife, walking steak, light sleeping bag, sunglass, gloves, suns cream, warm socks, head light, wind proof jacket etc. we provide our staff with their need able Equipments. for the safety and security.

SAFTEY AND SECURITY:
Safety is our first priority; our team puts best effort to keep us away from danger. We are always ready to take control over any emergency that might occur in the trail. First aid kit, oxygen bag and eventually emergency rescue via helicopter are always ready in case of an emergency. Besides we also focus on prevention method to control threat, Acclimatization days Gamow bags can be very useful in the trekso that we can prevent from altitude sickness.

Experience required:
Trekking in Himalayas does require certain level of physical fitness and good health. We suggest you to undergo certain exercise like jogging and stretching before you arrive here. Participants having medical health issue are requested to visit the doctor.
 
NOTE:
Days in itinerary are always flexible. The service we provide will be according to guest desire so guest has any query can question us without hesitation. Trekking in Himalayas is challenging, there might be unexpected health problem or natural challenges in middle of the trek,In such case guest are requested to co-operate their guides.
Day 01: Arrive in TIA, Kathmandu (1,310m)
As you land on Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, you will be received by the representative of Himalayan Nepal Trek. Then, afterward you will be transferred to hotel where you will learn the detail itinerary. And evening farewell dinner and typical Nepali culture dance. Stay overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu
Setting a practical itinerary today you will see the sights in Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, Pashupatinatha and Boudhanath. These are the historical places which are listed in World Heritage Sites. You will have a glorious day today accomplishing the ancient art and architecture.  Stay overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 03: Drive to Shivalaya (1,790m) 7-8hrs
on the following day you will drive to Shivalaya 1,790 meter and it consumes 7 to 8hrs of extensive drive. After completing the drive to Shivalaya you will check in the lodge and enjoy riverside area with suspension bridge.
Day 04: Trek to Bhandar (2,200m) 5-6hrs
Shivayala to Bhandar through Bharkaur, Mani Danda which is situated at an elevation of 2,440 meter. We trek all the way up to Deurali for 3hrs. Deurali is such a wonderful place to see beautiful hills around the valley. We walk all the way down to Bhandar . Stay overnight in Bhandar.

Day 05: Trek to Namkheli (2,300m) 6hrs
taking slightly upward inclined route towards Namkheli 2,300 meter takes us through the river and it takes 6 hours to get there at Namkheli. Here, you can check Bhandar and Thotung domestic airport around in the valley.
Day 06: Trek to Ngomar Gumpa (2,800m) 6-7hrs
on the next day Namkheli will take you to culturally prosperous Ngomar Gumpa, at an elevation of 2,800 meter. Trek for 6 to 7 hours, some break time with some cool breeze from the river will help you to arrive beautiful Ngomar Gumpa.
 
Day 07: Trek to Pikey Dada (4,070m) 4-5 hrs
Trek to Pikey Dada which is situated at an elevation of 4,070 meter within 4 to 5 hours of trek.Pikey Dada is also considered as Pikey base camp. You will get an attention grabbing mountains which can be seen from Pikey Peak and then downward to Jhapre.
Day 08: Trek to Pikey Hill and trek to Junbesi (2,675m)
Spending a day at Pikey Dada will already help to draw the picture of Pikey Hill so now you can ascend the peak and during the climb you will generate the delightful vistas of mountain peak along with sunrise. The mountains like Kanchenjunga to Dhaulagiri counting Everest can be outlook from here. Afterward you will again trek to Junbesi 2,675 meter.  

Day 09: Trek to Thutungchheli Monastery (3,050m) trek back to Junbesi (2,700m) 5-6hrs
waking up early in the morning you will begin trekking in Thutungchheli Monastery 3,050 meter. This monastery is renowned as little Tibet where you can see the traditional Tibetan medical Therapy and Tibetan culture mixed up with Buddhist Sherpa culture, Back to Junbesi (2,700m). Stay overnight in Junbesi.

Day 10: Trek to Phaplu (24,13m)
We start our trek towards Phaplu through wonderful river side walk. Trek to Phaplu takes you all the way through beautiful forest, multi cultural village especially Buddhist practice. We ascend about forty five minutes inclined trail to reach small town Phaplu.  
 
Day 11: Drive/ Flight to Kathmandu and farewell dinner
on the following day you will take a drive or flight to Kathmandu after enjoying the trip. Either you take a drive for 7hrs or Fly 40minutes to Kathmandu both means will give you an incredible view of beautiful hills and mountains. Farewell dinner with our staffs overnight at Hotel.

Day 12: Departure!!!!
You will be accompanied by our representative to airport.
