Mt. Saipal Base Camp (7035m)
This is an adventurous but extremely rewarding and beautiful off-the-beaten-track trek to the base camp of western Nepal’s second highest mountain, stunning Mt. Saipal (7035m). To complete this trekking, it is quite difficult without camping crew. So you must join with a local agency in Katmandu for easy and understand a trip to Saipal Himal. This peak is counted as the best peak of Nepal. Saipal Himal trek starts from Simikot through Karnali river bank through the Thakuri Hindu village and Humla Tibet settlements all leads to the Majestive view of Saipal Himal. Saipal Himal reassembles the sleeping golden ox. Traditional village, rural lifestyle of the people, local farmers working on indigenous crop field and Tibetan Buddhist monasteries, shrines are the best attraction of this trek that force you to synchronize your self with that beautiful scenario.
Day 01: Arrival at Katmandu, Welcome by Himalayan Nepal Treks and direct transfer to hotel on BB plan.
Day 02: Katmandu valley sightseeing / Cultural Day in Katmandu Valley Half day sightseers around Katmandu with a cultural guide to Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath and Hindu temples, and shrines reflecting ancient local traditions. There is time to explore the city many places of interest on your own or take a rest while trekking permits are finalized.
Day 03: We take a flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj. Overnight on hotel
Day 04: We drive from Nepalgunj to Mahendranagar by reserve bus and stay at the hotel.
Day 05: We drive from Mahendranagar to Gokuleshwor by reserve bus on the hotel.
Day 06: We start trekking from Gokuleshwor to Karkale On camp.
Day 07: We trek from Karkare to Chiureni. Stay in a tent.
Day 08: We trek from Chiureni to Makarighat. Stay in a tent.
Day 09: We trek from Makarighat to Seti. Stay in a tent.
Day 10: We trek from Seti to Lawathi. Stay in a tent.
Day 11: We trek from Lawathi to Simar. Stay in a tent.
Day 12: We trek from Simar to Dhawaliwadar. Stay in a tent.
Day 13: We trek from Dhawaliwadar to Api Himal Base Camp. Stay in a tent.
Day 14: We trek from API or Saipal Himal Base Camp to Saheb Bagar. Stay in a tent.
Day 15: We trek from Saheb Bagar to Makarighat. Stay in a tent.
Day 16: We trek from Makarighat to Bitule. Stay in a tent.
Day 17: We trek from Bitule to Gokuleshwor. Stay in a tent.
Day 18: We drive from Gokuleshwor to Mahendranagar on the hotel.
Day 19: We drive from Mahendranagar to Nepalgunj on hotel
Day 20: We take a flight from Nepalgunj to Katmandu transferred to hotel
Day 21: Free day in Kathmandu, Evening farewell dinner in Typical Nepali Culture and say good bye.
Day 22: Departure from Katmandu, Himalayan Nepal Trek staff will drop you to TIA 3 hour before your flight time.
The representative will be there outside the Terminal Hall with Himalayan Nepal Trek logo along with your name thereon. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel.
We use a mix of native buses and taxis, non-public mini buses for city sightseeing and airport pickups and generally land cruisers for journeys into the mountains. The selection of auto will depend upon the scale of your group.
We book a hotel as per your preference but basically, we use 3* standard rooms in Kathmandu and Pokhara. We serve you twin sharing rooms and King bed for a couple. We use Lodges throughout the trek with twin bed room and sharing.
Safety is our first priority; our team puts best effort to minimize the risk. We take care of any emergency that may occur within the path. First aid kit, oxygen bag and eventually emergency rescue via chopper are always ready just in case of an emergency. Besides we manage threat with rest days and our staffs will be there to advise you.
Weather condition may invite the requirement of some equipment like crampons, trekking poles, raincoat etc. So, we tend to request you to carry only need types of equipment. Down jacket, trouser Ti-shirt, boot, knife, walking steak, lightweight bag, sunglass, gloves, suns cream, warm socks, head light, wind proof jacket etc.
Common to experience some discomfort before you become absolutely acclimatized to the altitude. Most treks are suitable for anyone who is moderately matched. No previous experience is needed. Some cardiovascular physical fitness programs like regular walking, running, swimming and hiking are necessary to increase the performance. Participants with pre-existing medical condition or diseases should look for a medical recommendation before considering a trek.
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner each day, as per itinerary, is enclosed. Continental, Nepali and Sherpa food from the menu.
Hot shower is available during the trek at your own expense about $5
Electricity will not always be available, particularly in additional remote areas. Carry a second set of charged batteries with you.
During the trek, it’s not possible to get a connection every where but there are certain places throughout the trek wherever you get the surplus over internet and telecommunication. We offer you satellite phone as per your preference. You can use our guide cell phone to communicate if you don't have your own number, they welcome you anytime.
You can rely on credit cards in Cities however once we tend to begin trek we solely use the cash. Ensure that you just take spare Nepalese rupees. Dollars, Euros, and Pounds will be accepted.
15 to 20 US$ every day will be enough to shop for bottles of water, chocolates, gifts and more.
You can buy bottle of water on a trek otherwise you can bring purifying tablets and filter to avoid extra expenses of day

US$ 25/40/100 for 15 days/30 days/90 days multiple entries that are collectible solely in USD money. The maximum number of days should be included in the section about extending a trek.

15kg of baggage per person and porter carries 30Kg. you need to carry a small day bag with personal belongings, camera, water, windproof jacket, glass and sun cream and rain clothing etc.
We cannot predict the atmospheric condition in the Himalayas, weather pattern keeps on changing through the day.
