Mt.Cholatse (6440m) Peak: Nepal is the country, which is the best destination for all the lovers of the adventures, travelers and explores being enrich in natural beauty and the affluence of the peaks, among them Mt.Cholatse Peak Climbing is rarely climbing peaks of the Everest region. It is also known as the “Jobo Lhaptshan” located in the Khumbhu Himalayan region of Nepal.
 Which was first climbed by Vern Clevenger, Galen Rowell, Bill O’Connor and John Roskelley through the southwest ridge on April 22/1982 AD. It is connect to Taboche (6,501m) by a long ridge & another hard and barley climb mountain among the other peaks. During your trip, you will find several unclimbed and difficult routes. However, it gives us an opportunity to discover new places, meet new people, and get to know their culture& life style. In addition, this summit offers us thrilling views of Himalayan Peaks like Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Lhotse Shar, Makalu, Ama Dablam, Thamserku etc. However, the climbers should have knowledge and ability in mountaineering.
As well as another main attraction of this summit is lake which lies below the pass where “Cho” refers to the lake, “La” refers to the Pass and ‘Tse”  refers peak in Tibetan and it make up the Mt.Cholatse  peak So that it is, the combination of the three words “Lake Pass Peak”. From Dughla, we can be able to see the north and east faces of Cholatse, on the trail to Mt. Everest base camp. The north face of Chola was successfully scaled in 1984.
 
Itinerary for Cholatse Peak (6440m)  (17 days)
Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival TIA (1310m) welcome by Himalayan Nepal Trek staff Transfer to hotel briefing stay at hotel on BB plan
Day 02: Kathmandu- Lukla Flight 35min, Trek to Phakding (2610m) 3 hrs stay at Lodge
Day 03: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m) 5 hrs stay at Lodge
Day 04: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar hike to Everest view point 3880m back to Namche stay at Lodge
Day 05: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3867m) 5/6 hrs stay at Lodge
Day 06: Tengboche to Dingboche (4410m) 5/6 hrs stay at Lodge
Day 08 : Trek to Dzongla ( 4830m) 5 hours then stay at Lodge
Day 09: Trek to Cholatse Base Camp (5700m) 5 hours stay at tent
Day 10:  Rest Day at Cholatse Base Camp then stay at tent.
Day 11:  Cholatse Base Camp to Summit Cholatse Peak (6440m) and back to Base camp stay at tent
Day 12: Trek back to Pangboche (3985m) 6/7 hours stay at Lodge
Day 13: Trek to Namche (3440m) 5/6 hours stay at Lodge
Day 14: Trek to Lukla 6/7 hours stay at Lodge
Day 15:Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu & transfer the guest to the Star Hotel, overnight in hotel with BB plan.
Day 16: sightseeing in Kathmandu valley overnight at hotel on BB plan
Day 17: Final departure!!!
