Day 01: Arrive in TIA, Kathmandu (1,310m)

As you land on Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, you will be received by the representative staff from Himalayan Nepal Trek with a proper greeting. Then, afterward, you will be transferred to hotel where you will learn the detailed itinerary. We can change the set itinerary as per your feasibility. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley

This is the second day of trek where you will work on Trek preparation and trekking permit as you are heading to the restricted area. Completing the work you will go for shopping as you might need some trekking materials which are hard to find in the rural areas. So, when you are done with trekking you will return to the hotel to have some rest. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 03: Flight to Tumlingtar 45 min and drive to Num (1,505m) 3 ½ hrs

On the following day, you will drive to Tribhuvan International Airport to catch the flight to Tumlingtar (410m). During the fight, you can view the mountains and the villages from the height. Within 45 minutes you will arrive at your destination and once when you turn up to Tumlingtar you will take another drive to Num in a jeep taking 3 and half hour. Num is positioned at an elevation of 1,505 meters. Stay overnight in tented camp

Day 04: Trek to Sedwa (1,530m) 5-6 hrs

On the following day taking an ascend from Num you will soon leave it and head to Sedwa which is situated at an elevation of 1,530 meters taking 5 to 6 hours of time frame. You will outlook the pastureland and imagine as if you are reading the poetry. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 05: Trek to Tashigawn (2,065m) 4-5 hrs

Ascend to Island Peak Summit with an elevation of 6,189 meters is very important one in the itinerary as you level the peak it will prize you with Makalu (8,463m), Pumori (7,161m), Lhotse (8,516m) Lobuche (6,145m) and Cho Oyu (8,201m). Day 22: Trek to Tengboche (3,860m) 5-6 hrs

Day 24: Trek to Lukla 6-7 hrs

On the following day, you will start in on to trek Lukla (2,827m) from Phakding after taking breakfast. The trek will seize 5 hours. Day 25: Flight to Kathmandu and farewell dinner

AIRPORT PICKUP AND DROP

The representative will be there outside the Terminal Hall with Himalayan Nepal Trek logo along with your name thereon. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel.

TRANSPORTATION

We use a mix of native buses and taxis, non-public mini buses for city sightseeing and airport pickups and generally land cruisers for journeys into the mountains. The selection of auto will depend upon the scale of your group.

ACCOMMODATION

We book a hotel as per your preference but basically, we use 3* standard rooms in Kathmandu and Pokhara. We serve you twin sharing rooms and King bed for a couple. We use Lodges throughout the trek with twin bed room and sharing. 

SAFETY

Safety is our first priority; our team puts best effort to minimize the risk. We take care of any emergency that may occur within the path. First aid kit, oxygen bag and eventually emergency rescue via chopper are always ready just in case of an emergency. Besides we manage threat with rest days and our staffs will be there to advise you.

EQUIPMENT

Weather condition may invite the requirement of some equipment like crampons, trekking poles, raincoat etc. So, we tend to request you to carry only need types of equipment. Down jacket, trouser Ti-shirt, boot, knife, walking steak, lightweight bag, sunglass, gloves, suns cream, warm socks, head light, wind proof jacket etc.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Common to experience some discomfort before you become absolutely acclimatized to the altitude. Most treks are suitable for anyone who is moderately matched. No previous experience is needed. Some cardiovascular physical fitness programs like regular walking, running, swimming and hiking are necessary to increase the performance. Participants with pre-existing medical condition or diseases should look for a medical recommendation before considering a trek.
