Day 01:
 
Arrival TIA Kathmandu Airport (1310) m, welcome by Himalayan Nepal Trek staff transfer to Hotel briefing stay at hotel BB Plan.
Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu Bhaktapure, Patan ,Sayambunath, Bahudanath etc stay overnight at star lable hotel on BB plan.
Day 03: Day 03: Flight to Tumlingtar 45 min and drive to Num (1,505m) 3 ½ hrs stay at lodge
Day 04:  Trek to Sedwa (1,530m) 5-6 hrs stay at lodge
Day 05: Trek to Tashigawn (2,065m) 4-5 hrs stay at lodge
Day 06: Rest day for acclimatization stay at lodge
Day 07:  Trek to Khongma (3,562m) 6-7 hrs stay at tent
Day 08: Trek to Mumbuk and high passes and return to Mumbuk (3,550m) 7-8 hrs stay at tent.
Day 09:  Trek to Yangri Kharka (3,610m) 5-6 hrs stay at tent
Day 10: Trek to Langmale Kharka (4,100m) 5-6 hrs stay at tent

BEST SEASON:
Though there is no particular season as all the season are favorable for trekking to Nepal. We would suggest during atom season it would be best to travel between end of September to end of November and during spring beginning of January to April last week. Beside himalayan Nepal trek welcomes you anytime.
 
LODGING:
Accommodation is most in hospitality industry; especially during trek, accommodation plays an vital role to make the trip flexible. We Himalayan Nepal Trek being part of Hospitality industry we regard our guest as a part of Family and provide them with comfort. Therefore, we provide star level hotel in Katmandu. We respect the choice of our guest and provide service, which facilitates them. During trek though we cannot find star level hotels our guest will have beautiful lodges with twin sharing bed and also can find attach WC(bathroom) but then lodges will charge extra for it. Lodges will have wooden parketing system for making ambience warm. Overall accommodation to Everest Region trek is comfortable.
 
FOODING:
There is quotation “one cannot think well, sleep well, if one has not dined well” that is why Himalayan Nepal Focus on providing guest with best quality food. In kathmandu there can be found verities of food as there are many Chinese and continental restaurants.Beside in Thamail and Durbarmarg guest can enjoy food like Korean cuisine, Thai, Japanese, and Italian and last but not the least Nepali Dal Bhat and it goes same during trek too.

Equipment plays vital role during trek. SAFTEY AND SECURITY:
Prevention is better than cure this is most famous quotation and Himalayan Nepal Trek follows it with all heart. Guest is our responsibility and we work hard to fulfill our responsibility.we take first aid kit, oxygen bag and we make emergency rescue helicopter ready in case of an emmergency.we focus on acclimatization days so that we can prevent our guest from altitude sickness. We also provide Gamow bag and satellite phone in case of Need.

Day 01: Arrive in TIA, Kathmandu (1,310m)
As you land on Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, you will be received by the representative staff from Himalayan Nepal Trek with proper greeting. Then, afterward you will be transferred to hotel where you will learn the detail itinerary. We can change the set itinerary as per your feasibility. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu
This is the second day of trek where you will work on trek preparation and trekking permit as you are heading to restricted area. Completing the work you will go for shopping as you might need some trekking materials which are hard to find in the rural areas. So, when you are done with trekking you will return to hotel to have some rest. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 03: Flight to Tumlingtar 45 min and drive to Num (1,505m) 3 ½ hrs
On the following day you will drive to Tribhuvan International Airport to catch the flight to Tumlingtar (410m). During the fight you can view the mountains and the villages from the height. Within 45 minutes you will arrive in your destination and once when you turn up to Tumlingtar you will take another drive to Num in a jeep taking 3 and half hour. Num is positioned at an elevation of 1,505 meter. Stay overnight in tented camp

Day 04: Trek to Sedwa (1,530m) 5-6 hrs
On the following day taking an ascend from Num you will soon leave it and head to Sedwa which is situated at an elevation of 1,530 meter taking 5 to 6 hours of time frame. You will outlook the pastureland and imagine as if you are reading the poetry. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 05: Trek to Tashigawn (2,065m) 4-5 hrs
Again taking ascend in an early morning you will move to Tashigawn which is positioned at an elevation of 2,065 meter. The trekking duration takes 4 to 5 hours of short walk and you will feel comfortable on this day. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 06: Rest day for acclimatization
This is the day to take some rest. It has its own meaning in order to take on the innovative environs as well as to reinforce the muscles. Resting does not now understand staying motionless. Here, you will stir out from the camp and will make out the sights in unique environment. Stay overnight in a tented camp.
 
Day 07: Trek to Khongma (3,562m) 6-7 hrs
On the following waking up early in the morning you will set out to trek Khongma which is positioned at an elevation of 3,562 meter. It consumes 6 to 7 hours of time frame in completing the trek. In comparison to past today you have walked a bit longer. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 08: Trek to Mumbuk and high passes and return to Mumbuk (3,550m) 7-8 hrs
On the next day you will head from Khongma to Mumbuk walking more than previous day. As you will pass Khonma La which is situated at an altitude of 3,873 meter the nature of trek is adventurous. Then, slowly you will cross another passes as well called Tutu La Pass (4,056m) and Shipton La Pass (4,220m), Mumbuk (3,550m) and Keke La Pass (4,152m). Then, you will again return to Mumbuk (3,550m). Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 09: Trek to Yangri Kharka (3,610m) 5-6 hrs
On the next day you will set up to start on the trek to Yangri Kharka which is to be found at an elevation of 3,610 meter. The trek takes 5 to 6 hours. Previous to that you will cross the forest of Rhododendron screening the way to Barun River and Upper part of valley. The pleasant amble will take us to Yangri Kharka. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 10: Trek to Langmale Kharka (4,100m) 5-6 hrs
On the following day it’s time to trek Langmale Kharka taking ascend with the total elevation of 4,100 meter taking 5 to 6 hours to accomplish. From this point you will make out to Makalu Base Camp which is greater to have some rest and have Makalu Base Camp. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 11: Trek to Makalu Base Camp (4,870m) 5-6 hrs

Day 13: Trek back to Yangri Kharka (3,610m) 7-8 hrs
On the following day you will wake up without pressure and then head to Yangri Kharka covering the altitude of 3,610 meter one more time as you are following the same route to return the Kathmandu. It takes 7 to 8 hours but you will not feel any difficulty as you are already familiar with the trekking trail. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 14: Trek to Shiptaon La Phedi (4,120m) 7-8 hrs
Heading further you will leave Yangri Kharka and then move to Shiptaon La Phedi. It is positioned at an elevation of 4,120 meter taking 7 to 8 hours of extensive walk. You will feel a little bit thrills when you will take ascend. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 15: Trek to Tashigawn (2,065m) 6-7 hrs
On the following day you will depart from Shiptaton La Phedi heading towards Tashigawn. Our goal is to cover the height of 2,065 meter thus you will take downward movement and within 6 to 7 hours you will turn up to Tashigawn. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 16: Trek to Num (1,505m) 6-7 hrs
Moving forward from Tashigawn will take you to Num and is situated at an elevation of 1,505 meter. Moving into the uneven trail is somewhat difficult but crossing all those toughness you will arrive in Num within 6 to7 hours of trekking duration. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 17: Drive to Tumlingtar
On the following day you will take a drive from Tumlingtar crossing river and you will travel in the jeep but prior to take a drive it is wise to check the weather forecast once. Arriving in Tumlingtar you will get rest after so many days and is the final destination for trek. Stay overnight in lodge.

Day 18: Flight to Kathmandu and farewell dinner
In an early morning you will take a flight to Kathmandu from Tumlingtar Airport. This will be the joyous adventurous flight. Arriving in TIA you will be picking up and then again transferred to the hotel where you can enjoy the comfortable bed. In the evening you will return to hotel completing the short sightseeing to take part in farewell dinner. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 19: Departure!!!!
Spending 19 days on this day you will return your home town. You will be transferred to airport safely and then depart from us.
