Day 19: Departure from Kathmandu to your onward destination
Day 01: Arrive in TIA, Kathmandu
As you land on Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, you will be received by the representative staff from Himalayan Nepal Trek with a proper greeting. Then, afterward, you will be transferred to hotel where you will learn the detailed itinerary. We can change the set itinerary as per your feasibility. Stay overnight in hotel.
Day 02: Trek preparation
This is the second day of trek where you will work on Trek preparation and trekking permit as you are heading to the restricted area. Completing the work you will go for shopping as you might need some trekking materials which are hard to find in the rural areas. So, when you are done with trekking you will return to the hotel to have some rest. Stay overnight in hotel.
Day 03: Flight to Biratnagar 35 min and Suketar 25 min and trek to Mitlung (909m)
Checking all the necessary equipment and preparing well today you will be dropped to TIA, Kathmandu from where you will catch the flight to Biratnagar taking 35 minutes. Again landing on the airport you will take another flight to Suketar which takes 25 minutes. Afterward, you will walk towards Mitlang (909m) where you will spend the night. Stay overnight in a lodge.
Day 04: Trek to Chiruwa (1,246m)
On the following day taking ascend you will move to Chiruwa which is positioned at an elevation of 1,246 meters. Chiruwa is a pleasant destination to spend some time with nature and you will feel good after having interaction with the local people. Stay overnight in tented camp.
Day 05: Trek to Pembu (1,486m)
On the following day, you will take ascend to Pembu after leave taking from Chiruwa. Pembu is positioned at an elevation of 1,486 meters and here you will get to see the nice arrangement of tropical forest. Stay overnight in tented camp.
Day 06: Trek to Selep Kharka (2,525m)
Taking another ascends towards Selep Kharka you will move towards it and it consumes 2,525 meters. You will walk for 6 hours in order to complete the trek. Arriving in Selep Kharka you will take some rest in the camp. Stay overnight in tented camp.
Day 07: Trek to Olangchung Gola (3,208m)
Moving ahead from Selep Kharka today you will put an effort by heading to Olangchung Gola which is positioned at an elevation of 3,208 meters. Here, you will travel around the field where traditional farming is used in practice. You will be viewing numerous birds and wildlife species and several elevated mountain lakes. Stay overnight in tented camp.
Day 08: Trek to Langmale (3,893m)
On the following day you will stroll for 5 hours and then you will arrive in Langmale which is situated at 3,893 meters. Moving ahead from Olangchung you will get to perceive so many things on the way to it. Stay overnight in tented camp.
Day 09: Trek to Pass Camp (4,747m)
On the next day, you will take ascend to arrive in Pass Camp and it consumes 6 hours to complete the trek. Pass Camp is positioned at an altitude of 4,747 meters and once you arrive here you will set the camp and take the delightful nap. Stay overnight in tented camp.
Day 10: Trek to Chaurikharka (4,594m)
On the following day waking up early in the morning you will set into motion to Chaurikharka which is positioned at an elevation of 4,594 meters taking 7 to 8 hours from the Pass Camp. Day 11: Trek to Thudam (3,500m)

Day 12: Trek to Kharka (2,877m)
Again on this day, you will wake up early and then prepare to leave Thudam so that you can head to Kharka. Kharka is situated at an elevation of 2,877 meters and it takes 6 hours of time duration. Taking progressively downward movement will make you happy and thus will settle the camp. Stay overnight in tented camp.
Day13: Trek to Chyamthang (2,229m)
On the following day, you will trek downward to Chyamthang taking 6 to 7 hours of duration from Kharka. You will enjoy in arriving Chyamthang as it is one of the beautiful Sherpa villages which is filled with the steamy forest as soon as you downward. Stay overnight in tented camp.
Day14: Trek to Hatiya (1,595m)
Enjoying the Sherpa culture and their tradition you will leave Chyamthang and then move to Hatiya which is situated at an elevation of 1,595 meters. It takes 5 to 6 hours of duration to turn up in Hatiya which is a unique destination. Stay overnight in tented camp.
Day 15: Trek to Gola
On the following day, you will leave Hatiya and then move towards Gola. In order to reach Gola, you will go to the Arun River. You will praise Gola once you reach as it is the charming village with cheerful native people. Stay overnight in tented camp.
Day 16: Trek to Gadhi (1,800m)
Arriving in Gandhi (1,800m) signifies that you are almost end of the trek. Here, you will stroll for 2 and half an hour and you will get to see different birds with the delightful setting. Stay overnight in tented camp.
Day 17: Trek to Khandbari and drive to Biratnagar
Moving ahead from Gadhi will take you to Num and it further takes you to Khandbari. At Khandbari you can take a bus which will take you to Dharan or Biratnagar and you will take the bus of Biratnagar. Arriving in Biratnagar you will check into the hotel and have peaceful rest. Stay overnight in hotel.
Day 18: Flight to Kathmandu and farewell dinner
Travelling around to Biratnagar in an early morning you will take breakfast and then drive to the airport from where you will catch the flight to Kathmandu. In the evening you will return to hotel completing the short sightseeing to take part in farewell dinner. Stay overnight in hotel.
Day 19: Departure!!!!
Accomplishing 20 days of Nepal trips you will return your home town from TIA. You will be transferred to the airport safely and then depart from us.
The representative will be there outside the Terminal Hall with Himalayan Nepal Trek logo along with your name thereon. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel.
We use a mix of native buses and taxis, non-public minibusses for city sightseeing and airport pickups and generally land cruisers for journeys into the mountains. The selection of auto will depend upon the scale of your group.
We book a hotel as per your preference but basically, we use 3* standard rooms in Kathmandu and Pokhara. We serve you twin sharing rooms and King bed for a couple. We use Lodges throughout the trek with twin bedroom and sharing. A perfect camping setup depending on group size and staff during camping trek.
Safety is our first priority; our team puts best effort to minimize the risk. We take care of any emergency that may occur within the path. First aid kit, oxygen bag and eventually emergency rescue via chopper are always ready just in case of an emergency. Besides we manage threat with rest days and our staffs will be there to advise you.
Weather condition may invite the requirement of some equipment like crampons, trekking poles, raincoat etc. So, we tend to request you to carry only need types of equipment. Down jacket, trouser Ti-shirt, boot, knife, walking steak, lightweight bag, sunglass, gloves, suns cream, warm socks, head light, windproof jacket etc.
Common to experience some discomfort before you become absolutely acclimatized to the altitude. Most treks are suitable for anyone who is moderately matched. No previous experience is needed. Some cardiovascular physical fitness programs like regular walking, running, swimming and hiking are necessary to increase the performance. Participants with pre-existing medical condition or diseases should look for a medical recommendation before considering a trek.
