Day 01: Arrive in TIA, Kathmandu
As you land on Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, you will be received by the representative staff from Himalayan Nepal Trek with a proper greeting. Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu
On the second day, you will move to know the Kathmandu valley through the mode of sightseeing after breakfast. As a part of seeing the site, you will visit in Pashupatinath and Boudhanath which are listed in the World Heritage Sites. Pashupatinath is the symbol of Hinduism where as Boudhanath represents the Buddhism even though people visit each other with great respect. Then, you will return to the hotel. Day 03: Flight to Nepalgunj 45 min
On the third day of trekking, you will wake up and will transfer to the airport from where you will take a flight to Nepalgunj. After turning up to Nepalgunj taking some rest you will set out to visit the religious and famous temple of Nepalgunj along with some bazaars. Stay overnight in hotel.
Day 04: Flight to Juphal 35 min and trek to Sulighat (2,282m) 3 hrs
From Nepalgunj, you will take a flight to Juphal which takes only 35 minutes which is the tempting place. From the plane you can view an enormous trail, crossing throughout the small village of Kaligandaki. Then arriving in Juphal you will again begin the trek to Sulighat which is found at an elevation of 2,282 meters taking 3 hours. Stay overnight in a tented camp.
Day 05: Trek to Chhepka (2,838m) 5-6 hrs
Continuing the trek from Sulighat you will head to Chhepka which is situated at an elevation of 2,838 meters and it consumes 5 to 6 hours. With that duration, you can walk peacefully without any hurry. Stay overnight in tented camp.
Day 06: Trek to Sanduwa (2,940m) 5-6 hrs

In the evening you will return the hotel little earlier as today is your last day in Kathmandu and will spend some time through farewell dinner where you are free to take part in the cultural program. Day 22: Departure!!!!
Accomplishing 22 days of Nepal trips you will return your home town from TIA. You will be transferred to the airport safely and then depart from us.
The representative will be there outside the Terminal Hall with Himalayan Nepal Trek logo along with your name thereon. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel.

We book a hotel as per your preference but basically, we use 3* standard rooms in Kathmandu and Pokhara. We serve you twin sharing rooms and King bed for a couple. We use Lodges throughout the trek with twin bed room and sharing.
Safety is our first priority; our team puts best effort to minimize the risk. We take care of any emergency that may occur within the path. First aid kit, oxygen bag and eventually emergency rescue via chopper are always ready just in case of an emergency. Besides we manage threat with rest days and our staffs will be there to advise you.
Weather condition may invite the requirement of some equipment like crampons, trekking poles, raincoat etc. So, we tend to request you to carry only need types of equipment. Down jacket, trouser Ti-shirt, boot, knife, walking steak, lightweight bag, sunglass, gloves, suns cream, warm socks, head light, wind proof jacket etc.
Common to experience some discomfort before you become absolutely acclimatized to the altitude. Most treks are suitable for anyone who is moderately matched. No previous experience is needed. Some cardiovascular physical fitness programs like regular walking, running, swimming and hiking are necessary to increase the performance.
