Day 01: Arrive in TIA, Kathmandu

As you land on Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, you will be received by the representative staff from Himalayan Nepal Trek with a proper greeting. Day 02: Drive to Pokhara 6 hrs

On the following day, you will drive to Pokhara, the city of lakes after leave taking from Kathmandu. Pokhara is the entry way to move into Lower Mustang Trek. Arriving in Pokhara you will drive to the hotel and have some rest. In the evening you will set out for some delightful walk. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 03: Flight to Jomsom and trek to Kagbeni (2,120m) 3-4 hrs

From Pokhara, you will take a flight to Jomsom where you can view an electrifying outlook of graceful world’s deepest Kali Gandaki Gorge all along to the bank of Kali Gandaki Valley. Day 04: Trek to Muktinath 5-6 hrs

Taking downward hill you will step into Gasa continuing the trek down from Marpha. Gasa is another village where you can view the life styles of people and alpine forest. Walking for 6 to 7 hours will take you to Ghasa which is found at 2,010 meters. Stay overnight in a lodge.

Day 07: Trek to Tatopani (Hot Spring) 5 hrs

On the following day, you will stroll from Ghasa heading towards Tatopani. Tatopani is positioned at 1,190-meter altitude and it will show the way through the pine and rhododendron forests to Deurali (2,960m). Taking downward movement to Banthanti will take you to Tatopani within 5 hours. Stay overnight in a lodge.

Day 08: Drive to Beni (2,800m) and drive back to Pokhara

Heading forward from Tatopani you will enjoy your breakfast and then take a drive to Beni which is situated at an elevation of 2,800 meters. Arriving at Beni is not the end for today as you will take another drive from Beni to Pokhara. Pokhara is the city of Lake you will get to spend mind blowing time with nature. Pokhara is the land designed to carry out adventurous activities. So, overall you will spend amazing time during your stay in Pokhara. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 09: Flight to Kathmandu 25 min half day sightseeing and farewell dinner

In an early morning, you will take a flight that will take you to Kathmandu taking 25 minutes from Pokhara. This will be the joyous adventurous flight. Arriving in TIA you will be picking up and then again transferred to the hotel where you can enjoy the comfortable bed. Utilizing the remaining time you can go out for some sightseeing in some of the World Heritage Sites. Day 10: Departure

AIRPORT PICKUP AND DROP


The representative will be there outside the Terminal Hall with Himalayan Nepal Trek logo along with your name thereon. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel.

TRANSPORTATION


We use a mix of native buses and taxis, non-public minibusses for city sightseeing and airport pickups and generally land cruisers for journeys into the mountains. The selection of auto will depend upon the scale of your group.

ACCOMMODATION


We book a hotel as per your preference but basically, we use 3* standard rooms in Kathmandu and Pokhara. We serve you twin sharing rooms and King bed for a couple. We use Lodges throughout the trek with twin bedroom and sharing. 

SAFETY


Safety is our first priority; our team puts best effort to minimize the risk. We take care of any emergency that may occur within the path. First aid kit, oxygen bag and eventually emergency rescue via chopper are always ready just in case of an emergency. Besides we manage threat with rest days and our staffs will be there to advise you.

EQUIPMENT


Weather condition may invite the requirement of some equipment like crampons, trekking poles, raincoat etc. So, we tend to request you to carry only need types of equipment. Down jacket, trouser Ti-shirt, boot, knife, walking steak, lightweight bag, sunglass, gloves, suns cream, warm socks, head light, windproof jacket etc.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


Common to experience some discomfort before you become absolutely acclimatized to the altitude. Most treks are suitable for anyone who is moderately matched. No previous experience is needed. Some cardiovascular physical fitness programs like regular walking, running, swimming and hiking are necessary to increase the performance. Participants with pre-existing medical condition or diseases should look for a medical recommendation before considering a trek.
