Day 01: Arrive in TIA, Kathmandu (1,310m)
As you land on Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, you will be received by the representative staff from Himalayan Nepal Trek with a proper greeting. Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu
Setting a practical itinerary today you will see the sights in Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath, and Bouddhanath. These are the historical places which are also listed in World Heritage Sites. So, spending time in such places you will feel glory. Accomplishing the sightseeing you will return to a hotel. Stay overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 03: Drive to Shivalaya (1,790m) 7-8 hrs
On the following day, you will drive to Shivalaya which is situated at an elevation of 1,790m and it consumes 7 to 8 hours of extensive drive. After completing the drive to Shivalaya you will check in the lodge and have some rest from where you can sight the high Himalayas. Stay overnight in Shivalaya.
Day 04: Trek to Bhandar (2,200m) 5-6 hrs
On the following day, you will set out from Shivayala to Bhandar through Bharkaur, Mani Danda which is situated at an elevation of 2,440m. The trekking trail will make you o take upward where as at times it makes you take a downward movement. Following the trek, for 5 to 6 hours you will arrive in Bhandar. Stay overnight in Bhandar.
Day 05: Trek to Sete (2,400m) 6-7 hrs
Taking an ascend from Bhandar will show the way to Sete on the following day so taking breakfast you will head to Sete which is positioned at an elevation of 2,400 meters. To view the villages, natural setting and hills it takes 6 to 7 hours of trekking duration. Stay overnight in Sete.
Day 06: Trek to via Lamajura La (3,550m) and trek down to Junbesi (2,700m) 6-7 hrs
Leaving taking from Sete you will set out to continue the trek by approaching upward movement, covering 3,550m. After that you will trek downward to Junbesi which is positioned at an elevation of 2,700m, seizing 6 to 7 hours. Initially the ascending is quite steep and then it traverses. Again you will go on with Sherpa villages which are populated by Sherpa. Stay overnight in Junbesi.
Day 07: Trek to Nunthala (2,330m) 6-7 hrs

Day 08: Trek to Bukusa (2,340m) 6-7 hrs
From Nunthaha today you will head to Bukusa which is positioned at an elevation of 2,340m. It consumes 6 to 7 hours in order to accomplish the trek before that you will take slight ascend to it. Stay overnight in Bukusa.
Day 09: Trek to Chaurikharka (2,640m) 6-7 hrs

Day 12: Acclimatization day
You might have an idea behind acclimatization as you are proceeding to elevated elevation it is recommended to have short day hike to Thame, Khumjung or Khunde. If you get some time then you can go for soothing and be exploring the Namche and the Sherpa culture. Stay overnight in Namche Bazaar.
Day 13: Trek to Phortse Village (3,810m) 5 hrs
On the following day, you will arrive in Pheriche and move to trek Phortse Village. Phortse is positioned in a gratifying setting. The height of Phortse is 3,810 meter and it takes 5 hours to arrive in the village. As you move to Phortse further you will receive sturdy downward. Stay overnight in Phortse Village.
Day 14: Trek to Pangboche (3,930m) 5 hrs

On the following day, you will move to Trek Pheriche after spending a beautiful and interesting night in Pangboche. Day 16: Trek to Lobuche (4,910m) 5 hrs
Today you will keep on your trip all the way through the Alpine region. On the way to Lobuche (4,910m), you will be crossing the ice-covered river in Thukla glacier and scale up the hill to observe the splendid scrutiny of the Cholatse, Lobuche, Nuptse, and Pumori. Day 17: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,357m) back to Gorakshep (5,140m) 6-7 hrs
This is the day to move into the glorious place where people have died to create the history. Everest Base Camp Trek with an elevation of 5,357m is close to the highest peak of the entire world. Finishing the trek now you will trek back to Gorakshep with an elevation of 5,140m. The whole trek takes 6 to 7 hours of extensive walk. Stay overnight in Gorakshep.
Day 18: Ascend to Kalapathar (5,545m) and trek down to Lobuche (4,910m) 6-7 hrs

Day 20: Trek to Tengboche (3,860m) 5 hrs

Day 22: Trek to Lukla (2,828m) 5-6 hrs
On the following day, you will start in on to trek Lukla (2,827m) from Phakding after taking breakfast. The trek will seize 5 hours. Day 23: Flight to Kathmandu (1,310m) and farewell dinner

Arriving in TIA you will be picking up and then again transferred to the hotel where you can enjoy the comfortable bed. Day 24: Departure!!!!
Spending 24 days on this day you will return your home town. You will be transferred to the airport safely and then depart from us.
The representative will be there outside the Terminal Hall with Himalayan Nepal Trek logo along with your name thereon. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel.
We use a mix of native buses and taxis, non-public mini buses for city sightseeing and airport pickups and generally land cruisers for journeys into the mountains. The selection of auto will depend upon the scale of your group.
We book a hotel as per your preference but basically, we use 3* standard rooms in Kathmandu and Pokhara. We serve you twin sharing rooms and King bed for a couple. We use Lodges throughout the trek with twin bed room and sharing.
Safety is our first priority; our team puts best effort to minimize the risk. We take care of any emergency that may occur within the path. First aid kit, oxygen bag and eventually emergency rescue via chopper are always ready just in case of an emergency. Besides we manage threat with rest days and our staffs will be there to advise you.
Weather condition may invite the requirement of some equipment like crampons, trekking poles, raincoat etc. So, we tend to request you to carry only need types of equipment. Down jacket, trouser Ti-shirt, boot, knife, walking steak, lightweight bag, sunglass, gloves, suns cream, warm socks, head light, wind proof jacket etc.
Common to experience some discomfort before you become absolutely acclimatized to the altitude. Most treks are suitable for anyone who is moderately matched. No previous experience is needed. Some cardiovascular physical fitness programs like regular walking, running, swimming and hiking are necessary to increase the performance. Participants with pre-existing medical condition or diseases should look for a medical recommendation before considering a trek.
