Hidden Himalayan trek is the best part of the great Himalayan trial which plunged under the western region of Nepal. Humla and Mugu district fall under Karnali zone. Brahmin and Chhetri are two groups of people who have high density in this region. Hindu is major religion followed in this region, people are dependent on animal husbandry and agriculture, people also collect natural herbs and wild honey for commercial purpose. House of this region is built in local ancient design, people have their own different culture and language spoken in this region is also very different than that of rest of Nepal.

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu, Welcome by Himalayan Nepal Treks and direct transfer to hotel on BB plan.
Day 02: Kathmandu valley sightseeing / Cultural Day in Kathmandu Valley Half day sightseers around Kathmandu with a cultural guide to Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath and Hindu temples, and shrines reflecting ancient local traditions. There is time to explore the city many places of interest on your own or take a rest while trekking permits are finalized.
Day 03: Flight Kathmandu-Nepalgunj (540m.). 55minute, stay in a hotel.
Day 04: Flight Nepalgunj-Jumla (2350 m.). 45 minute, stay in the lodge.
Day 05: Jumla (2350 m)-Nauri Ghat (2700 m) crossing the Daphe Lekh (3900 m) 7 hrs.stay in camp
Day 06: Nauri Ghat (2700 m)-Jhyarigaon (2672 m) crossing the Ghurchi lagna pass (3447 m) 8 ½ hrs, stay in camp.
Day 07: Jhyarigaon (2672 m)-Rara Lake (2986 m) 2 ½ hrs, stay in the lodge.
Day 08: Rara Lake (2980 m) Rest day
Day 09: Rara Lake (2980 m) to Gamgadhi (2095 m) 4 hrs.stay in the lodge.
Day 10: Gamgadhi (2095 m) to Bam (2700 m) 5 hrs, stay in a tent.
Day 11: Bam (2700 m) to Jogimara (3005 m) via Changkheli Lagna (3594 m) 7 hrs, stay in a tent.
Day 12: Jogimara (3005 m) to Darma Bazar (2200 m) 5hrs, stay in a tent.
Day 13: Darma Bazar (2200 m) to Apsia Lek (3195 m) 6hrs stays in a tent.
Day 14: Apsia Lek (3195 m) to Punkha Khola (3010 m) 4hrs stays in a tent.
Day 15: Punkha Khola (3010 m) to River Camp (2100 m) stays in camp.
Day 16: River Camp (2100 m) to Simikot (2985 m) 7 hrs stay in a hotel.
Day 17: Flight Simikot-Nepalgunj-Kathmandu
Day 18: Free day in Kathmandu for shopping or relax and farewell dinner at typical Nepali hotel
Day 19: Departure from Kathmandu!! Himalayan Nepal Trek staff will drop you to TIA 3 hour before your flight time.
The representative will be there outside the Terminal Hall with Himalayan Nepal Trek logo along with your name thereon. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel.
We use a mix of native buses and taxis, non-public mini buses for city sightseeing and airport pickups and generally land cruisers for journeys into the mountains. The selection of auto will depend upon the scale of your group.
We book a hotel as per your preference but basically, we use 3* standard rooms in Kathmandu and Pokhara. We serve you twin sharing rooms and King bed for a couple. We use Lodges throughout the trek with twin bed room and sharing.
Safety is our first priority; our team puts best effort to minimize the risk. We take care of any emergency that may occur within the path. First aid kit, oxygen bag and eventually emergency rescue via chopper are always ready just in case of an emergency. Besides we manage threat with rest days and our staffs will be there to advise you.
Weather condition may invite the requirement of some equipment like crampons, trekking poles, raincoat etc. So, we tend to request you to carry only need types of equipment. Down jacket, trouser Ti-shirt, boot, knife, walking steak, lightweight bag, sunglass, gloves, suns cream, warm socks, head light, wind proof jacket etc.
Common to experience some discomfort before you become absolutely acclimatized to the altitude. Most treks are suitable for anyone who is moderately matched. No previous experience is needed. Some cardiovascular physical fitness programs like regular walking, running, swimming and hiking are necessary to increase the performance. Participants with pre-existing medical condition or diseases should look for a medical recommendation before considering a trek.

We offer you satellite phone as per your preference. You can use our guide cell phone to communicate if you don't have your own number, they welcome you anytime.
You can rely on credit cards in Cities however once we tend to begin trek we solely use the cash. Ensure that you just take spare Nepalese rupees. Dollars, Euros, and Pounds will be accepted.
