Outline Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive in TIA, Kathmandu (1,310m) pick up by Himalayan Nepal Trek staff and drive to hotel stay overnight at hotel on B&B plan.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley, Patan, Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath. Welcome dinner with staff. Stay at hotel on B&B plan

Day 03: Flight to Lukla (2,828m) 35minut and trek to Phakding (2,610m) 3 hrs

Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) 5 hrs stay at Lodge

Day 05: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar hike to Everest view point 3,880m back to Namche stay at Lodge

Day 06: Trek to Thame (3,610m) 5-6 hrs stay at Lodge

Day 07: Trek to Lungdhen (4,380m) 5-6 hrs stay at Lodge

Day 08: Trek to via Renjo Pass (5,360m) and trek down to Gokyo Lake site (4,790m) 6-7 hrs stay at Lodge.

Day 09: Trek to Phortse Village (3,810m) 5-6 hrs stay at lodge

Day 01: Arrive in TIA, Kathmandu (1,310m)

you will be received by the representative, drive to the hotel, communicate regarding detail itinerary also change the itinerary as per your convenience. Stay overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu

Discover Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath and Boudhanath they are the historical monuments listed in World Heritage Sites. These places are unique and full of wisdom. After the sightseeing, you can have your own time. Stay overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 03: Flight to Lukla (2,828m) 30 minutes and trek to Phakding (2,610m) 3hrs

Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla which consumes 35 minutes (amazing aerial view of mountains and hills). From Lukla, you will head to Phakding (2,610 m). The trip begins after descending the slope on the bank of Dudh Koshi River. Meanwhile, you will view the magnificent beauty of Kusum Kangaru, Mt Kwondge and on the way, you passed a few tea houses and Mani walls. Stay overnight in Phakding.

Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)  hrs

Next day you will move to Namche (3,440m) taking 5 hours of trek.  Taking slight rise from Jhorsalle, the trail crosses a waterfall. All through the day, you will cross the villages with magnificent forests of Rhododendron, giant fir trees, and magnolia. And on the way to stroll you will be rewarded with the first glimpse of Kusum Kanggru (6,369m) Thamserku (6,608m) Everest (8,848 m) and Nuptse (7,879 m) than a vertical climb to the beautiful village of Namche Bazaar (3,440m). Stay overnight in Namche.

Day 05:  Acclimatization day

you might have an idea behind acclimatization, we stay in the same altitude to adopt the atmosphere. Namche is a small city where we get Bank, ATM, Shop, Hospitals, and other entertainment. We recommended having a short day hike to Thame, Khumjung,  Khunde. If you get some time then you can go for soothing and explore the Namche and the Sherpa culture. Stay overnight in Namche Bazaar.

Day 06: Trek to Thame (3,610m) 5-6hrs

treks to Thame 3,610 meter and it consumes 5 to 6 hours. Trekking in Thame will make you attain elevated route, tradition monasteries, and local settlements. You can grasp the opportunity of viewing magnificent mountains and fabulous hills. Thame is considered as the adobe of great ascenders, home of Yeti and rhododendron forest. Stay overnight in Thame.

Day 07: Trek to Lungdhen (4,380m) 5hrs

on the next day, you will set into Lungdhen with an elevation of 4,380m taking 5 hours. To arrive in Lungdhen you will descend movement and have your lunch. The moment you are in Lungdhen the complexity level in trekking starts to decrease. Stay overnight in Lungdhen.

Day 08: Trek to via Renjo Pass (5,360m) and trek down to Gokyo Lake site (4,790m) 6-7hrs

Here, you can outlook unbelievable sight of Ngozumba glacier, Tabuchi Cholatse, Mount Everest, Thamserku etc. Afterward, you will trek downward towards Gokyo Lake 4,790 meter. Gokyo Lake is known for its serene and tranquil nature. It consumes 6 to 7 hours in order to accomplish the trek. Stay overnight in Gokyo Lake site.

Day 09: Trek to Phortse Village (3,810m) 5-6hrs

trek Phortse Village. Phortse is positioned in a rewarding location. The height of Phortse is 3,810 meter and it takes 5 to 6 hours to arrive in the village. As you move to Phortse further you will receive sturdy downward. Stay overnight in Phortse Village.

Day 10: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) 5-6hrs

on the following day, you will trek back to Namche (3,440m) taking 5 to 6 hours of time frame. Arriving in Namche you will visit the local shops; buy the local handicrafts crafted by the natives. You can too enjoy the cultures of Sherpa people and their daily activities staying with them. Stay overnight in Namche Bazaar.

Day 11: Trek to Phakding (2,610m) 5hrs

Spending the lovely night in Namche Bazaar and screening sun set today we trek all the way down to the river. We also pass via two Suspension Bridge fixed in high altitude which is one of the attractions in Everest region. It takes 5 hours to arrive in Phakding from Namche. Stay overnight in Phakding.

Day 12: Trek to Lukla (2,828m) 5hrs

Trek Lukla (2,827m) from Phakding is a very normal trek, takes around 4 hours.  We have chances to get there very soon; we can spend our time around Lukla and stay overnight in Lukla.

Day 13: Flight to Kathmandu (1,310m) and farewell dinner

flight to Kathmandu taking 35 minutes from Lukla Airport always joyous adventurous flight. Arriving in TIA you will be picked up and then again transferred to the. In the evening we present you farewell dinner with the cultural dance show. Stay overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 14: Departure

Departure from Kathmandu to your destination, a representative will accompany you airport.

AIRPORT PICKUP AND DROP

The representative will be there outside the Terminal Hall with Himalayan Nepal Trek logo along with your name thereon. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel.

TRANSPORTATION

We use a mix of native buses and taxis, non-public mini buses for city sightseeing and airport pickups and generally land cruisers for journeys into the mountains. The selection of auto will depend upon the scale of your group.

ACCOMMODATION

We book a hotel as per your preference but basically, we use 3* standard rooms in Kathmandu and Pokhara. We serve you twin sharing rooms and King bed for a couple. We use Lodges throughout the trek with twin bed room and sharing. 

SAFETY

Safety is our first priority; our team puts best effort to minimize the risk. We take care of any emergency that may occur within the path. First aid kit, oxygen bag and eventually emergency rescue via chopper are always ready just in case of an emergency. Besides we manage threat with rest days and our staffs will be there to advise you.

EQUIPMENT

Weather condition may invite the requirement of some equipment like crampons, trekking poles, raincoat etc. So, we tend to request you to carry only need types of equipment. Down jacket, trouser Ti-shirt, boot, knife, walking steak, lightweight bag, sunglass, gloves, suns cream, warm socks, head light, wind proof jacket etc.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Common to experience some discomfort before you become absolutely acclimatized to the altitude. Most treks are suitable for anyone who is moderately matched. No previous experience is needed. Some cardiovascular physical fitness programs like regular walking, running, swimming and hiking are necessary to increase the performance. Participants with pre-existing medical condition or diseases should look for a medical recommendation before considering a trek.

CHARGING BATTERY

Electricity will not always be available, particularly in additional remote areas. Carry a second set of charged batteries with you.

During the trek, it’s not possible to get a connection every where but there are certain places throughout the trek wherever you get the surplus over internet and telecommunication. We offer you satellite phone as per your preference. You can use our guide cell phone to communicate if you don't have your own number, they welcome you anytime.

US$ 25/40/100 for 15 days/30 days/90 days multiple entries that are collectible solely in USD money. The maximum number of days should be included in the section about extending a trek.

PORTER SERVICE

15kg of baggage per person and porter carries 30Kg. you need to carry a small day bag with personal belongings, camera, water, windproof jacket, glass and sun cream and rain clothing etc.

We cannot predict the atmospheric condition in the Himalayas, weather pattern keeps on changing through the day. Nights are very cold and days are higher primarily trekking in Nepal we tend to recommend during March-May and September- Gregorian calendar month.
