Everest Mini Trek is for those who wish to get an introduction of Everest Region Trek mainly mountains and Sherpa people and Buddhist culture. This is relatively the easiest Everest trekking. 3,789m will be the maximum altitude that you will be exploring; there will be hardly risk of having high altitude sickness. This is also the shortest Everest trek as you will have 5 trekking days. Everest mini trek is one of the short trekking in Everest region trekking and aswell Pikey trek famous for lower spot to encounter everest range.
Everest Mini Trek is specialized for those participants who are interested in watching world’s tallest mountains from the distance having no any strenuous trekking. Outline Itinerary for Everest Mini Trek
Day 01: Arrive in Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu 1,310m welcome by Himalayan Nepal Trek, transfer to Hotel
Day 02: Kathmandu - Lukla 2,828 Flight, Trek to Phakding (2610m) 4hrs stay at Lodge
Day 03: Phakding to Namche (3,440m) 5hrs stay at Lodge
Day 04:  Namche to Khumjung (3,789m) 2-3hrs stay at Lodge
Day 05: Khumjung to Banker (2,670m) 5-6hrs stay at Lodge
Day 06:  Banker to Lukla (2,840m) 5-6hrs stay at Lodge
Day 07:  Flight back to Kathmandu transfer to Hotel (1,310m) evening   farewell dinner together in typical Nepali cultural restaurant.
Day 08: Departure to your onward destination

BEST SEASON:
Particular season for trekking is in-between March-May and September- November.  March – May which is spring season is highly recommended, weather is clean and favorable, we can see flowers like rhododendron and more Beside Himalayan Nepal trek welcomes you anytime.
 
LODGING:
Accommodation depends on trek type, weather tea house trek or camping trek we understand the value of comfort of our clients, we put our best to get the best accommodation based on availability since during main season route are very busy and full of tourist. Twin sharing bed will be provided during trek and also can find attach bathroom with charge extra.

FOODING:
Kathmandu; different cuisine as there are many international and continental restaurants. Thamail and Durbarmarg are very famous for Korean, Thai, Japanese and Italian, Nepali Dal Bhat and more. But during the trek we get to select continental, Nepali and Sherpa food from the menu.

Crew members are trained with ability to operate your trek in best possible ways to make our every moment full of happiness and love utilizing their past experiences. Objective of sustaining local communities, Himalayan Nepal Trek only employs  staff who has adequate knowledge about culture, ecosystem, flora, fauna, geography, and history of their local regions.
 
EQUIPMENTS:
Equipment is mainly required of adventure sports, peak climbing and high passes but some times due to weather condition we might need some of the equipments like crampons, trekking poles, raincoat, water bottle etc.  So, we request you to carry only need equipments. Equipments include down jacket, trouser Ti-shirt, boot, knife, walking steak, light sleeping bag, sunglass, gloves, suns cream, warm socks, head light, wind proof jacket etc. we provide our staff with their need able equipments. for the safety and security.

SAFTEY AND SECURITY:
Safety is our first priority; our team puts best effort to keep us away from danger. We are always ready to take control over any emergency that might occur in the trail. First aid kit, oxygen bag and eventually emergency rescue via helicopter are always ready in case of an emergency. Besides we also focus on prevention method to control threat, Acclimatization days Gamow bags can be very useful in the trekso that we can prevent from altitude sickness.

Himalayan Nepal Trek focused on keeping environment clean we practice the quotation just leave your foot prints behind. We also take part in KEP Kathmandu Environmental Education and suggest our guest to protect our environment and stop global warming.
 
HELPING HAND:

Profit orientation is not only our priority we are very concern for children from different places in Nepal. We are funding some of the percentage from our profit because education. We believe in giving child his fundamental rights for the better future better nation. We also engaged in volunteering which can be also helpful to people in rural area.

Experience required:
Trekking in Himalayas does require certain level of physical fitness and good health. We suggest you to undergo certain exercise like jogging and stretching before you arrive here. Participants having medical health issue are requested to visit the doctor.
 
NOTE:
Days in itinerary are always flexible. The service we provide will be according to guest desire so guest has any query can question us without hesitation. Trekking in Himalayas is challenging, there might be unexpected health problem or natural challenges in middle of the trek,In such case guest are requested to co-operate their guides.
 



 
 
Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival (1,310m)
Once you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, you will proceed through custom and visa formalities and then representative from Himalayan Nepal Trek Pvt. Ltd. will receive you. You will be transferred to hotel in Kathmandu with Bed and Breakfast plan. y evening you will get briefing regarding your trek package and enjoy the delicious welcome meal before spending your night  hotel. 

Day 02: Kathmandu - Lukla Flight, Trek to Phakding (2,610m) 3hrs O/N Lodge
You will then be escorted to Tribhuvan Airport, Domestic terminal from where you will take 30minutes. Enjoy the mountain flight with breath-taking views of Ganesh, Langtang, Nuptse, Thamserku, Lhotse, Cho- Oyu, Everest and other peaks. Assemble the crew and start your Everest Mini Trek. Cross Dudhkoshi River and walk through Ghat village to Phakding (2610 m).

Day 03: Phakding to Namche (3440m) 5hrs O/N Lodge
Continue to follow Dudhkoshi River for about 2hrs. Traverse the pine and oak forest and arrive at the suspension bridge. Cross Benkar to arrive at Monjo village which is entrance Gate to Sagarmatha National Park. Move further through Jorsale to army camp and arrive at Namche Bazaar (3,440m).  

Day 04: Namche to Khumjung (3789m) 2-3hrs O/N Lodge
Khumjung and Khude are two small villages that locates near to Namche Bazaar. Visit Khumjung Village and get the close view of Kwande Peak. There exists a small monastery in Khumjung village that is believed to protectir of locals from evil spirits. Khumjung, geographically very unique and beautiful despite of covering small village area further more we will learn about the local culture and lifestyle.

Day 05: Khumjung to Banker (2,670m) 5-6hrs O/N Lodge
Khumjung is as far as we reach in Everest Mini Trek. Return from Khumjung and walk through the trade center of Namche to Banker. Banker is the small Sherpa village that lies in between Namche and Phakding. Enjoy the mountain views and cross the rhododendron forest to arrive at Banker where you will stay overnight.

Day 06: Banker to Lukla (2840m) 5-6hrs) O/N Lodge
Follow the descending trail from Banker and cross rhododendron forest to arrive at suspension bridge over Dudhkoshi River. Follow the river for few hours and you will reach Phakding. Continue walking through Phakding and you will reach Lukla in couple of hours where you will stay overnight. You can get to see mountain views throughout the trek.  

Day 07: Lukla- KTM flight, evening farewell dinner O/N at Hotel (B.B.)
Due to the weather condition, there exists the chances of flight cancellation in Lukla. If weather remains fine, you will catch early morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu and arrive at Kathmandu in 30mi. after we reach the valley you will be escorted to hotel in Kathmandu. Enjoy the Farewell dinner typical Nepal culture show and stay overnight at a Hotel.

Day 08: Departure
You will accompanied by our representative to Tribhuvan International Airport 3hours before the scheduled flight. Safe Journey!!!
