Day 22: Trek via Jhyarko Bhanjyang (5,428m) then to Yak Kharka (4,920m) 6-7 hrs stay overnight at camp.

Day 23: Trek via to Mola Bhanjyang (5,027m) then to Chharka Bhot Village (4,110m) 6-7 hrs stay overnight at camp.

Day 24: Rest day stay overnight at camp.

Day 25: Trek to Molum Sumna (4,860m) 7-8 hrs stay overnight at camp.

Day 26: Trek via Newar Pass (5,120m) Tuchala, Sangda Bhanjyang (5,355m)then down to Sangda Phedi (4,190m) 7-8 hrs stay overnight at camp.

Day 27: Trek to Sangda Village (3,710m) 4-5 hrs stay overnight at camp.

Day 28: Trek to Dagarjun/ Phalayk Ghar (3,150m) 6-7 hrs stay overnight at camp.

Day 29: Trek to Jomsom (2,720m) 4-5 hrs stay overnight at camp.

Day 30: Flight to Pokhara 25 min and sightseeing in Pokhara stay overnight at star label hotel on BB plan.

Day 31: Drive to Kathmandu and farewell dinner Typical Nepali restaurant and stay at star label hotel on BB plan.

Day 32: Departure from Kathmandu to your onward destination. 

Day 01: Arrive in TIA, Kathmandu

As you land on Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, you will be received by the representative staff from Himalayan Nepal Trek with a proper greeting. Then, afterward, you will be transferred to hotel where you will learn the detailed itinerary. We can change the set itinerary as per your feasibility. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu

On the second day, you will move to know the Kathmandu valley through the mode of sightseeing after breakfast. As a part of seeing the sight, you will visit in Pashupatinath and Boudhanath which are listed in the World Heritage Sites. Pashupatinath is the symbol of Hinduism where as Boudhanath represents the Buddhism even though people visit each other with great respect. Then, you will return to the hotel. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 03: Flight to Nepalgunj (600m) 55 min

On the third day of trekking, you will wake up and will transfer to the airport from where you will take a flight to Nepalgunj. After turning up to Nepalgunj taking some rest you will set out to visit the religious and famous temple of Nepalgunj along with some bazaars. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 04: Flight to Jhupal (2,475m) 35 min and trek to Suli Ghat (2,282m) 3-4 hrs

Spending the gratifying night at Nepaljung you will take another 35 minutes of flight to Juphal (2,475m) which is positioned over the high Himalayas, allowing for Dhaulagiri and Annapurna.  From Juphal again you will walk for 3 to 4 hours towards the camp site at Suli Ghat (2,282m). Stay overnight in a tented camp.

Day 05: Trek to Chhepka (2,838m) 6-7 hrs

Continuing the trek from Suli Ghat you will head to Chhepka which is situated at an elevation of 2,838 meters and it consumes 6 to 7 hours. With that duration, you can walk peacefully without any hurry. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 06: Trek to Reche (3,110m) 5-6 hrs

Ascending from Chhepka you will head to Reche which is situated at the height of 3,110 meters. The trek will last for 5 to 6 hours. Arriving in Reche you will visit the surrounding and try to get the meaning of those serene environs. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 07: Trek to Ringmogaon Phoksundo Lake (3,733m) 3 ½ hrs

Today the route moves to let you free on the border so that you can view the distant examination of Phoksundo Lake and an impressive lofty waterfall, which is supposed as the highest in Nepal. Trekking Ringmogaon you will head towards Phoksundo Lake where you could see enormous sights. To end the stroll downward through the forests to the imminent move will take you to Phoksundo Khola and then to Phoksundo Lake (3,733m). Stay overnight in a tented camp.

Day 08: Rest day for acclimatization

Day 10: Trek to Kangla Pass Base Camp (4,800m) 4-5 hrs

So, you will get up early in the morning and consequently move to Kangla Pass Base Camp which is situated at an elevation of 4,800 meters. On or after the Pass you will sight an enormous Annapurna. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 11: Trek to via Nandalo Kangla Pass (5,360m) and down to Shey Gompa (4,160m) 7-8 hrs

On the following day, you will start the trek to Shey Gompa (4,160) through Kang La Pass (5,360m) via Nangdalo Kangla Pass (5,360m). The attendance of red chorten hints the way in at Shey Gompa, with delightful timber, Log Bridge up to the location at Shey Gompa. Shey Gompa fits into the community called Chaiba which was the early Kagyupa Gompa formulated in the 11th century. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 12: Rest day for acclimatization

On the very next day, you will use the day as the rest day so you will get to experience new environments along with taking up the most newsworthy surroundings. In addition, you will get time to stretch your muscles as taking rest does not means you have to stay idle. So, you will move out from the camp and will walk around in an innovative atmosphere including a monastery, sacred Mount Kailash through Dolma La Pass. Stay overnight in a tented camp.

Day 13: Trek to via Sela Shey Bhanjyang Pass (5,010m) and down to Namgung (4,430m) 6-7 hrs

Trekking via Sela Shey Bhanjyang Pass you will cover the height of 5,010 meters you will trek down to Namgung. Day 16: Trek to Cha Gaon / Rakyo (4,160m) 6-7 hrs

Taking enough rest today you will carry out the trek to Cha Gaon/ Rakyo which is situated at an elevation of 4,160 meters. Like another Gaon, this is also counted as an interesting village where you can take part in the day to day lifestyle of local people and you will be amazed seeing how they have to manage their life by staying in the remote areas after walking for 6 to 7 hours. Day 17: Trek to Jyanta Bhanjyang Base Camp (4,965m) 5-6 hrs

On the following day, you will leave earlier one and prepare to trek another destination known as Jyanta Bhanjyang Base Camp which is positioned at an altitude of 4,965 meter. It takes 5 to 6 hours of time in order to accomplish the trek. Here, from this spot, you can outlook an amazing sight of mountains with different landscapes. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 18: Trek via to Jyanta Bhanjyang (5,221m) and then to Murjung (4,965m) 7-8 hrs

On the following day, you will trek via Jyanta Bhanjyang being at the altitude of 5,221 meters by ascending from Jyanta Bhanjyang and turn towards Murjung which is again found at an elevation of 4,965 meter. It takes 7 to 8 hours of extensive time in order to accomplish the trek and arrive in the camp. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 19: Trek to Dho Trap (3,944m) 3-4 hrs

Today the duration of trekking hours is less than previous one. Here, you will head from Numula Base Camp to Dhotarap which is placed at the height of 3,944 meters. It consumes 3 to 4 hours in order to accomplish the trek. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 20: Rest day

On the following day, you will take rest day used for acclimatization after you arrive in Dho Trap. On this day you will stay in the camp and then take lunch you will set out from the camp to explore the new surroundings and will try our best to make you adjust to new environment. Day 21: Trek to Jhyarko Bhanjyang Phedi (4,920m) 6-7 hrs

Jhyarko Bhanjyang which is situated at 4,920 meters is another difficult trek that you will carry on this day. But as you are starting the trek after taking sufficient rest you do not need to go on pressure. Thus, 6 to 7 hours of walk be carried out easily. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 22: Trek via Jhyarko Bhanjyang (5,428m) then to Yak Kharka (4,920m) 6-7 hrs

On the following day, you will begin the trek via Jhyarko Bhanjyang (5,428 m) than completing the trek you will take downward movement towards Yak Kharka which is found at an elevation of 4,920 meter and it takes 6 to 7 hours of duration in order to accomplish the trek. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 23: Trek via to Mola Bhanjyang (5,027m) then to Chharka Bhot Village (4,110m) 6-7 hrs

Today is another special day where you will leave Yak Kharka and then head via Mola Bhanjyang which is situated at an elevation of 5,027 meters. Continuing the trek you will trek downhill to Chharka Bhot Village which sounds very odd but once you arrive here you will get to see and lots of things from the local people. It is found at an elevation of 4,110 meters and you need to give 6 to 7 hours of trekking duration. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 24: Rest day

This is supposed to be another rest day used for acclimatization. On this day you will stay in the camp and then take lunch you will set out from the camp to explore the new surroundings and will try our best to make you adjust to new environment. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 25: Trek to Molum Sumna (4,860m) 7-8 hrs

Ascending certain elevation after taking rest on the previous day will take you to Molum Sumna which is positioned at an elevation of 4,860 meters. Taking 7 to 8 hours you will try to complete the trek. As you have take rest you will feel the strength to walk on this day. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 26: Trek via Newar Pass (5,120m) Tuchala, Sangda Bhanjyang (5,355m) then down to Sangda Phedi (4,190m) 7-8 hrs

On the following day, you will set out to trek Newar, Tuchela, Sangda Vanjyang after taking breakfast. At first, you will take leave from Norbung and then head towards these destinations. You will feel good while trekking into such rugged trails. Then, after some time you will trek down to Sangda Phedi. The total trekking duration will last for 7 to 8 hours. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 27: Trek to Sangda Village (3,710m) 4-5 hrs

On the following day, you will take an ascend to Sangda Village which is to be found at an elevation of 3,710 meters by taking 4 to 5 hours of time frame. AT times you will follow the downward movement and then upward move. So, there is no fixed trekking trail for this day. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 28: Trek to Dagarjun/ Phalayk Ghar (3,150m) 6-7 hrs

Taking some gradual descend you will move from Sangda Village to Dagarjun/ Phalayk Ghar which is situated at an elevation of 3,150 meters. Walking for 6 to 7 hours you will move into the isolated areas where you can view the dense forest and chirping of birds. Stay overnight in tented camp.

Day 29: Trek to Jomsom (2,720m) 4-5 hrs

Trekking into the lower part of graceful world’s deepest Kali Gandaki Gorge. Walking forward, you will move all along to the bank of Kali Gandaki Valley. You will get pleasure from the eye-catching sceneries of Nilgiri Mountain. Afterward, you will turn up to Jomsom with numerous upwards and downwards and it takes 3 hours. Stay overnight in a lodge.

Day 30: Flight to Pokhara 25 min and sightseeing in Pokhara

Spending an adventurous day at Jomsom on this day you will catch a flight to Pokhara which takes 25 minutes. Arriving in Pokhara you will carry out the sightseeing in Pokhara as it is akin to heaven. As a part of sightseeing, you can visit Devis Fall, Mahendra Cave, Phewa Lake and some religious temple. In the evening you will return to hotel enjoying the Thakali Khana. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 31: Flight to Kathmandu and farewell dinner

Completing the sightseeing in Pokhara today you will drive towards the airport to catch the flight to Kathmandu. In the evening you will return to hotel completing the short sightseeing to take part in farewell dinner. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 32: Departure!!!!

Accomplishing 32 days of Nepal trips you will return your home town from TIA. You will be transferred to the airport safely and then depart from us.

AIRPORT PICKUP AND DROP

The representative will be there outside the Terminal Hall with Himalayan Nepal Trek logo along with your name thereon. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel.

TRANSPORTATION

We use a mix of native buses and taxis, non-public mini buses for city sightseeing and airport pickups and generally land cruisers for journeys into the mountains. The selection of auto will depend upon the scale of your group.

ACCOMMODATION

We book a hotel as per your preference but basically, we use 3* standard rooms in Kathmandu and Pokhara. We serve you twin sharing rooms and King bed for a couple. We use Lodges throughout the trek with twin bed room and sharing. 

SAFETY

Safety is our first priority; our team puts best effort to minimize the risk. We take care of any emergency that may occur within the path. First aid kit, oxygen bag and eventually emergency rescue via chopper are always ready just in case of an emergency. Besides we manage threat with rest days and our staffs will be there to advise you.

EQUIPMENT

Weather condition may invite the requirement of some equipment like crampons, trekking poles, raincoat etc. So, we tend to request you to carry only need types of equipment. Down jacket, trouser Ti-shirt, boot, knife, walking steak, lightweight bag, sunglass, gloves, suns cream, warm socks, head light, wind proof jacket etc.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Common to experience some discomfort before you become absolutely acclimatized to the altitude. Most treks are suitable for anyone who is moderately matched. No previous experience is needed. Some cardiovascular physical fitness programs like regular walking, running, swimming and hiking are necessary to increase the performance. Participants with pre-existing medical condition or diseases should look for a medical recommendation before considering a trek.
