Annapurna mesokantola pass accredited as the highest lake of the world since 2001.Hindu and Buddhist pilgrims around the world take the Tilicho Lake as a holy spot that is mentioned in Hindus Holy Book called Ramayan as well as in the Buddhist holy books.
Tilicho Lake andAnnapurna Mesokantala Pass trek is one of the fitting and serene trekking trails for the adventurous and one of the most exhilarating trekking routes. For this trekking route you don’t need any previous experience. However, you should be physically fit and healthy. Generally, this trek passes through the different from left of the Manang & on the way of Annapurna circuit to the Tilicho Lake; through Mesokanto to the Lower Mustang, Thini Gawn and Jomsom will be the end point of this trek.

BEST SEASON:
Though there is no particular season as all the season are favorable for trekking to Nepal. We would suggest during atom season it would be best to travel between end of September to end of November and during spring beginning of January to April last week. LODGING:
Accommodation is most in hospitality industry; especially during trek, accommodation plays an vital role to make the trip flexible. We respect the choice of our guest and provide service, which facilitates them. During trek though we cannot find star level hotels our guest will have beautiful lodges with twin sharing bed and also can find attach WC(bathroom) but then lodges will charge extra for it. Lodges will have wooden parketing system for making ambience warm. Overall accommodation to Everest Region trek is comfortable.
 
FOODING:
There is quotation “one cannot think well, sleep well, if one has not dined well” that is why Himalayan Nepal Focus on providing guest with best quality food. In kathmandu there can be found verities of food as there are many Chinese and continental restaurants.Beside in Thamail and Durbarmarg guest can enjoy food like Korean cuisine, Thai, Japanese, and Italian and last but not the least Nepali Dal Bhat and it goes same during trek too.

14 Days Outline Itinerary for Annapurna Mesokanto-La Pass
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu TIA 1,310m Welcome by Himalayan Nepal Trek staff and direct transfer to hotel in Kathmandu on BB plan.
Day 02:  Sightseeing in Kathmandu Swayambhunath, Patan, Pashupatinath, Boudhanath stay at Hotel on BB plan
Day 03:  Drive to Besishar by local bus and again drive to Dharapani by Local Jeep it takes 9 hours stay at Lodge.
Day 04:  Trek to Chame 2,670m 4/5 hours stay at Lodge.
Day 05:  Trek to Pisang 3,200m 5/6 hours stayt at Lodge.
Day 06: Trek to Manang 3,540m 5 hours stay at Lodge.
Day 07:  Rest day for Acclimatization at Manang stay at Lodge.
Day 08: Trek to Khangsar 3,734m 5 hours stay at Lodge.
Day 09: Trek to Tilicho Base Camp 4150m 5 ½ hours stay at Lodge.
Day 10:  Today we trek to Tilicho Lake (4949 meter) see the magnificent view of Annapura I, chulu east, chulu west, Pisang peak, many more  and then trek  down to Nam Phu Kharka after crossing Mesokanto-la pass 5315m stay at Tent.
Day 11: Trek to Jomsom 2720m 6/7 hours stay at Lodge
Day 12:  Early morning domestic flight to Pokhara half day Sightseeing Fewa lake, Dabitfail, international Musiam stay at Hotel on BB plan
Day 13:  Drive or fly back to Kathmandu Hotel evening dinner together in Typical Nepali Restaurant with cultural program.
Day 14: Departure from Kathmandu to your onward destination
